The food isn’t terrible in general, but it is NOT worth what I’m paying for it—at all. The hours are strange. The dishes are often dirty—the stacked cups sometimes smell horrendous. There are lots of kind staff members, and also lots that you’ll want to steer clear of. Once, I got a styrofoam cup to put cereal in so that I could take it back to my dorm (because the “milk“ in the caf is fake and 90% water), and a worker ran up to me and ripped it out of my hands. When I apologized and asked if I could at least dump it in a bowl and go ahead and eat it there so it wasn’t wasted, she said no and walked away. Haven't bothered going to the cafeteria in several years because the food is low quality but they don't open the food court at all until 12. So we walk to the cafeteria and I try to PAY FULL PRICE, not meal plans, but my own money, for my roommate and their child. I am informed that I am only allowed to pay for one other person. ????? So money in hand, there wasn't a single place on campus we could eat breakfast. Everything is going downhill bad, Reynolds Performance Hall is even worse. And we deserve way better...

It seems this organization forgets individuals eat there by choice and spend money. This last week there has been a "waste" program in which half-eaten food was slopped into buckets and weighed out in the open, what a fantastic sight.
They ration food like this is war time, having managers stare down their employees while serving food in an attempt to limit their "bottom line." Expect $4.00 worth of food at a $12.00 price.
