Pre 8 pm: Cheap drinks, cheap drunk-college-kid pizza, and friendly wait staff. The pizza is very good for the price. Make sure to try the pizzookie for dessert! Bear's Den is hands-down the best place in Conway for trivia night. It's a great place to lounge and hang out, but make sure to leave before 8 pm if you like being able to hear your conversations.
Post 8 pm: The atmosphere changes immediately to dive bar. The music is loud (often there is a live artist) and drunk college kids fill the restaurant. There is an outdoor area for smokers. The shot girls can be very convincing, but the jello shots are watered down, so don't waste your money on them. The restrooms are grungy but it's exactly what you might expect from a bar specializing in young adults who can't handle their liquor. When you get ready to leave, make sure to wait inside until your ride arrives to pick you up, because UCAPD likes to sit right outside the door and may try to slap you with a fine if you...

I'll edit this when I have a chance to try out the drink side of this place, but for the rest- the food I had (a pizza) was amazing. It was loud but I could still hear my friend. The dark atmosphere is nice on the eyes. We happened to go during trivia night, which was a lot of fun. And the wait staff are all dressed to their own special 9's, which makes for a fun interaction.
2/9/21: I got to try the drinks! There's a bit to choose from, and almost every one of their mixed drinks are really good. I'm a partial fan of the long island and white russian, though they have a much larger selection than those. Getting access to them is easy, as long as your of age- and they do check. They can be a little pricy, but for the amount you get, I kinda think it's worth it. This place has become a hot spot for my friends and I when we want to have a...
Read moreWe had to wait a long time for our server to even come to our table. We placed our order and waited for about 40 minutes and then ran down our server to ask about when our food would be ready, she said it would be ready in about 5-10 minutes more. At this time we had already been there for an hour so we asked to get our food in carry out containers. When the server FINALLY brought the food she just came and dropped it on the table and walked off. There wasn't any eating utensils or anything. I understand that this restaurant is a college hangout but the music that was playing was full of profanities and very graphic. I will never go back and definitely wouldn't recommend any family or older patrons to go either. It might be great for the college crowd, but definitely not...
