Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Conyers

I have an affinity for Einstein Bagel. My uncle Alvin (RIP) used to work for them when they first came to Atlanta many many years ago. My brother and I had the Pretzel Bagel Dipper. The Beer Cheese smear was good (3.5 out of 5). The Garden Veggie swear is a 5 all day. Soft whipped cream cheese is always a plus for me. The Brothers Bay Breeze is really good. Add some Casa Migos and or Terra Mana and you got Real Cocktail for sure. (FOR ADULTS: DRINK RESPONSIBLY). The Hashbrown, & Three Cheese Bagel Sausage (Pork), Egg, and Cheese sandwiches were really good. The service was good. I recommend using the app for speedier service at this location. The kitchen staff was on point. I had to go back to get the Beer Cheese smear for both of my Pretzel Bagel Dippers because they wasn't in the bag. Order expediting is crucial to any business that uses Apps, In Person, and or online ordering. Especially if it is the current advertised product your business is promoting. Like any QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) you should check your bag for human, & or process breakdown error before leaving. I didn't do it like I normally do. Update: I’ve finally got around to this location. Not the cutest location scenery wise but the inside is cute and the workers are so sweet!!! Rating went down one star. The vanilla cream cold brew is DELICIOUS. I ordered two maple house bagels and a brisket bagel. At other locations they do not skimp out on your toppings and portions, but I cannot say the same for here. I spent $30 and got one skinny piece of bacon on each of my maple bagel and a small serving of brisket on the brisket bagel. The cream cheese smears are also kinda thin. This food is pretty pricey and even more expensive through third party apps. I don’t mind paying the price but I would like my portions to match what I’m paying, especially in this economy. I’ll definitely be back though especially since this is the closest location near me. Continue the great work and give us a little 🤏🏾more to look forward to on our bagels.

I have visited this establishment three times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been less than satisfactory. The first two visits were acceptable, though I found it inconvenient that there was no seating available for customers to wait for their orders. During my most recent visit, I encountered several issues. The young staff member mistakenly handed my order to another customer, who then went through my items before returning it. This situation raised concerns about sanitation, especially since orders are placed in a common area for anyone to grab.

Upon receiving my order, I discovered that several items were missing. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, a teenager promptly replaced the missing items. However, upon returning home, I was dismayed to find that one of the bagels was severely burnt—specifically, a $5 bagel. Furthermore, customer service was unhelpful in addressing my concerns.
