I have gone to this location literally long enough to watch the owners' kids grow up or mostly grow up. What keeps bringing me back is the genuine friendliness and just overall well prepared food compared to similar options in town.
That wonton soup won me over well past a decade ago and is still the stable of my to-go orders. Hunan chicken is seasoned to a perfect balance though it can be requested more spicy and was my default for the longest time. Now I have progressed to the House Special Mein Fun and that love and care from my previous favorite is still present in every bite.
If prepared to-go is not your jam, then just grab a box and fill up at the wonderfully stocked for the size of venue buffet bar, or better yet, grab some friends to sit down to its delightful goodness and welcoming aromas. No matter your preference, Taste of China has very little in ways to disappoint at all so I highly recommend trying...
Read moreI don’t know if the owner sold the restaurant or got a new cook either way the food got bad. The Fried rice is under cook the rice not done all the way it still be hard and crunchy. The pepper steak have more onion and bell peppers then meat and rice and not enough gravy and the steak needs to be cut some more. They give you these big thin pieces so they don’t have to give you to much meat. But your meat be gone before your rice. It should be even meat even rice. The egg foo yong is thin like it’s only made with egg and meat if you get one with meat in it. It’s so thin you can see through it. You can see the shrimp, beef and pork in it. It have so ingredients missing from it. This is the second time I tried to give them a chance since the change but it was still awful and very unsatisfying. I use to love this place but now I won’t order from here again I’ll eat some top ramen noodles before I...
