Been meaning to leave a 5* review since the 1st time we tried their delicious pizza, but after tonight's experience, it would be doing them a total disservice not to mention our experience. These guys are always fast and friendly (delivery or carry out). The food is always hot, the ingredients are fresh and it's all insanely delicious (not to mention, reasonably priced! $30 for delivery to fill up a teenage boy, a grown man and woman- and still have leftovers?! that's a rarity these days). We moved here from Murfreesboro which isn't the pizza capital of the world by any means, but it's definitely home to a ton of wonderful pizza places... From the franchise, Blaze, to the locally owned, Sal's- no doubt the 'boro has great pizza. BUT, I can say hands down, Big Tony's has permanently taken the #1 spot over any other pizza place we've tried. Their large pepperoni is perfection.. the garlic knots with mozzarella are wonderful, and my boys love the stromboli. Their desserts are also amazing. Seems everything there is homemade, and they give you generous portion sizes too! (Think, double the amount of Mama Rosa's, yet way better tasting, AND cheaper!) They've also never messed up an order. Well besides tonight when they forgot the garlic knots- not a deal breaker by any means- but Tony was so quick to refund the item (without me even asking) as well as offer his sincerest apologies. He even invited us in, offering to take care of us next time. I was blown away. It felt so nice to get that kind of customer service! With most places, if something is forgotten or left out, you are immediately scrutinized if you mention it, which makes ..me at least.. very hesitant to speak up when something isn't correct on an order we've paid for. I don't want to be an inconvenience and be interigated about whether I paid for the side of ranch they forgot (y'all know what I'm saying!). But Big Tony's just made me a believer that there's still good, authentic customer service out there. We can't wait to go back! One piece of advice I'd give- implement online ordering! So many people are missing out on your delicious pizza and outstanding customer service by not having the ability to see your restaurant when they search "online order delivery near me".. either way, we'll be seeing a lot more...

The girl answering the phones that took my order needs some serious customer service training! After calling for delivery I inquired about a minimum for delivery and the girl says no but doesn’t mention that delivery is $6.50. I proceed with ordering a 10” gluten free pizza which is 10 plus .65 for toppings. Then the girl tells me delivery is $6.50 which takes me aback a bit since my pizza alone is only like, $12. Because I had looked for the business on DoorDash, I asked the girl why they don’t just use DoorDash for deliveries. She then starts saying she doesn’t think she should place the order for me because I’m being inappropriate/ offensive by asking questions. I tell her I’m sorry but when she told me the delivery fee it just caught me off guard, then she replied by telling me she doesn’t want to argue on the phone and won’t place my order. We go back and forth with me just trying to explain myself and her threatening not to place my order, like 2-3 times. I finally say very loudly and clearly that I want my pizza and I’m giving her my card number and I finally manage to order the pizza. Then she goes back to the nice friendly voice she had initially answered the phone with and tells me to have a blessed day. No joke, I felt like we were having two different conversations. I’ve worked in customer service and customers are always allowed to ask questions without being criticized for doing so someone needs to teach this girl how to provide decent customer service. You don’t attack people that call your business to do business with you, because you asked a reasonable question about an expensive delivery free. Furthermore I had wanted to get pizza from here because somebody said it was the best gluten-free pizza in town and the pictures looked good but my pizza was not that good. Dominos gluten free crust is better, this is one of those times that trying to experience the local small businesses and what they have to offer,...

Anyone trying to find gluten free options while out of town, knows the difficulty. I found this place on my Google search. It appeared to be a mom & pop type place, which is generally a good option, and decided to give it a try.

Upon walking in, there was no one there, except three working there. A friendly man greeted us, not realizing that we weren't the usual crowd, and we needed to get our bearings, walking in for the first time. He took our order. We opted for the cauliflower crust (supposedly the best around) for each of us, and a couple waters.

We sat at a table and waited for our food while other people came in and out. I looked around. Golf on the TV. Almost no wall art, no color-pop, nor decoration, except for being a Tennessee Tech supporter. Little Christmas anything for being two weeks before Christmas. We were sitting at a plain square black table.

Soon, our food arrived. Thank goodness we were starving from our day's drive. The fella got our waters out of the refrigerator, located in their lobby/dining area. I would not have assumed that we could have gotten our own drinks from that fridge, and he didn't tell us thar detail at checkout.

Honest critic. The pizza flavor was good. Thin crust, not powdery or burnt, but perfect. Good sauce and cheese. My man and I agreed that both pizza were definitely sparse on toppings, but agreeing thar they were good $42 after a generous, and expected 25% tip (or 30% or 35% requested), per the computerized checkout. Technically, it doesn't feel like a full-service, tipping experience, but I have a kind-hearted man. For the $42, we either could have gotten more expected toppings, or perhaps eaten elsewhere for the price of dine-in. 3+1/2 stars.

Perhaps your new customers could be treated with the same enthusiasm as regular recognized customers and build your client base. Every...

Big Tony has done it again. My friends and I have intended to go here together for a while now. When we arrived, we were overjoyed to see a table perfect for our group. A waiter immediately came and, get this, took our order. He was there at our beck and call. Once we had ordered our pizzas (one pepperoni, one with the works), our wait felt like nothing as Big Tony himself entered the fray. We were so happy to see him as he met and greeted everyone in his wake. Life was worth living, and yet, we hadn’t even gotten our food. The pizza arrived due to our brilliant waiter. It steamed puffs of wondrous vapors. The cheese glistened with uncountable photons. I couldn’t help myself but to grab a slice of the classic, pepperoni. One bite immediately gave me the insight to see God’s hand around. I could see each individual frame of the TV. The stubble on my chin gristled to my enlightened ears. The residual grease of the pizza lubricated my esophagus and called out for even more. I clamored for another slice and downed it before I could even think. A hue of purple light surrounded me, ultraviolet. The Lord had blessed my group this day. I don’t know how I’ll ever repay Big Tony, but whatever wrong he has committed (there are none) is wiped clean with each pie that escapes his grasp into my patron-ing hands.
