Finally found a good Pho place in Cookeville! Ordered all vegetarian meals. Banh Mi, Pho, and Veggie egg rolls.

The Pho was really delicious. The broth was excellent. I put a ton of chili sauce in there and it truly was something special with all the chilis, lime and jalapeños. The only thing for me is the “Fake Meat” was so real looking that it kinda turned me off. I prefer just plain tofu. I actually had to call and double check that it wasn’t meat. It didn’t taste bad, just kinda sketched me out even after being reassured it wasn’t meat. I ate everything else around it.

The banh mi was filled with the same fake meat, but it was a little easier to mask with the bread. It was a solid Banh mi.

The egg rolls though, that truthfully is what raised this review to a 5 star review. Me not loving the fake meat almost brought it to a 4 but the egg rolls were sooooo incredible, it would be wrong to give them less than 5. Especially dipped in the Pho broth.

I will most...

I have never tried Vietnamese food prior to this, but I was driving through Cookeville, so I decided to try it with my family. We walked in, and the waiter (who I believe is the owner since he was the single employee) walked us to our seats. He brought us waters and gave us menus.

I ordered a Vietnamese coffee while we were deciding what to order for lunch, which was absolutely delicious! It was very sweet and flavorful. The water tasted like tap water, which I didn't enjoy.

For appetizers, we ordered some pork buns. After about 5 minutes, they were ready! They were decently sized for the price (3.50 per bun) and very good!

After we finished those, our pho and sandwiches came out! The pho had a very strong lime taste, but it was delicious nonetheless! The sandwiches were very good too.

All in all, I can not recommend Pho Kitchen enough! It was a very fun and unique lunch, and we will definitely be...

What a gem! We love Vietnamese cuisine and have been craving it. The restaurant was clean and your typical Asain style. Very cozy. If you love Vietnamese food then this is a must try, and if you're just looking for something new to try, stop on in! I got the rice noodle bowl with chicken (Vermicelli) and our friend got the pork. Everything was so good. The fish sauce had a more mild flavor then what we have had in other Pho restaurants but the peanut sauce was amazing. The pork was tender and the chicken was cooked to perfection! My husband got the beef pho and he loved it. The brother smelt amazing and the flavor was just perfect. The waiter was very attentive and brought out another portion of noodles which was so kind. We also got a Bánh mi and the kindly cut it in 3. Everything about it was mouthwatering! Very good...
