Soul Craft Coffee - Campus — Restaurant in Cookeville

First and last visit. Ordered an iced macchiato, a drink I have been ordering in coffee shops all over the country for years. Dunkin Donuts makes it, Bloom in Crossville makes it perfect from a drive-thru trailer. Was told they couldn't make me a macchiato; offered me some caramel substitution. I don't want caramel. I ask her for a latte then (same thing, just mixed). Thats also a no. So I ask them to put a double shot in a cup over ice and fill the rest with milk...AKA A MACCHIATO... asked for 2 sugars. She tells me there are sugar packets on the counter. So now I am drinking an iced machiatto/latte with granular sugar because the proper way to make the drink is to melt the sugar in the hot espresso shot and then pour it over the ice and add milk. Like BLOOM does for me almost every day. Ordered one last week at Poets and they also made it perfectly 👌.

Don't try to run a bougie coffee shop and then I can't even get a traditional coffee drink that I get literally everywhere else no problem.

I reached out to see if my company could have a group of around 15 people here for a breakfast meeting and this establishment did a wonderful job accommodating us!
