They have really good food but they have really really bad poor customer service and they have really bad drive-thru times you know they're a fast food place for a reason meaning they get your order they give it to you you get out of there you should not have to wait 10-15 minutes for your order in the drive through but their customer service and their attitudes suck like today me and my sister went to the location here in Coolidge and we ordered the number three and the Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger just a sandwich well I forgot to tell them on the number three no onion no pickle so when we got to the window I told the lady who is at the register that I forgot to say no pickle no onion well she got an attitude with me because I didn't say that at the window and they already made the hamburger like really you're going to get upset with a customer because they forgot to say that they didn't want onion and pickle on their hamburger like there's no reason to get an attitude about that and I even told her I said look if it's going to be a problem then I'll just pay to have another one made but they gave it to me without onion and pickle but not without making a big deal of it and this isn't their first time I've dealt with bad attitudes over here they need to quit hiring Young people and get some older people in there that know how to treat customers properly and it's to the point where I'm just going to start going to Wendy's I don't want to be treated like crap because I forgot to say that I don't want onion and pickle on my hamburger you know fast food is all about serving the customers giving them what they want and if you get an attitude then you shouldn't be working in customer service when i go to a restaurant i want to feel welcome not like i am bothering someone or interrupting what they are doing and looking at the other reviews I'm not the only one complaining about attitudes

July 09 2025 7:30pm Me and my sister just went to Sonic and they are the about the slowest people I've ever met in my life I'm pretty sure all these fast food places have a time limit of when they are supposed to take the order make the food give the customer their food not sit there and let them wait for however long they want them to wait and what fast food joint does not take $100 bill you would think with as much money as these people make they would be able to take $100 bill you know what if you didn't have any debit card or anything like that and all you had was $100 bill on you you would have to go to Circle K or somewhere get it broke and then come back wait in line and then pick up your order like really everybody else in Coolidge takes $100 bill these guys are the only people that do not take it I'm getting to the point where I don't even want to go there anymore they are very slow they are very rude yeah they got good food but it's not worth it...

Away on business trip, today returning go home I put in my order with a noon pick up - now I’ve been under the illusion that y’all wait til I check in to prepare my order and that’s great - I’ll get in line!
What I didn’t anticipate is I ordered a Route 44 Powerade blue slush - keep in mind; I’ve reported that every single sonic is THE SAME with not just the WORST internet but NONEXISTENT as though you have a jam on the phone - no other place have I been that does that yet wants us to share location and the only way to pay ApplePay AND the app is why my route 44 slush is under $2
So I went through the drive thru and told her I made an order online it’s for a slush and possibly under the name Mo - look back it just happened within the last hour I suppose, I’ll check -
So she tried to take my order - I reiterated that I ordered it and paid on the app.
She comes bounding out fast with a route 44 drink - which should be slush - but it’s not - so I park my car and hit the red button - my hostess came out - I asked when she put my drink in the cup - she stated that they prepare the order when in drops in their system - I didn’t agree. I asked that she be human and consider not making a slush until the person checks in; just to be thoughtful and think “it’s a drink”.
So she got her manager - now, they both are eating - 100% for sure, eating. Masticating.
I am advised that I could just pick up the phone and call them. I rxpressed that I’m not clear the red button check in - for one you know where we are and you can see when we’ll get close AND I’m sure you can ping us and make an addition to you side of the equation just like Google map and giving an alert when your shared persons comes close or has reached a designated area. I don’t believe that any of us use the app to try and cut in line - for me it’s the all day 1/2 price slush! AND applepay! So could you look at these from your app and tell me if these have a conflict - I am not educated

But when I discover that your drink was either made 1 1/2,hours prior to check in, either OR at the latest, we’ll I really thought I’d be there at noon but I took a wrong turn somewhere and now there is a giant circle in my morning!so I lost 30 minutes - however, I also had faith that the product - a SLUSH was prepped so far in advance because it wouldn’t be fair to the others; what?!

We spent $50 on food as a treat for the family and all I wanted was a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. There was only one other person at the restaurant when we arrived & our order was submitted 10 minutes prior to showing up. After waiting 25 minutes (seriously???) our food was cold and I get home to find the bacon missing from my burger, and zero garlic butter on it. Just a soggy sop of mess with a tower of onions & cheese. That bacon they jipped me on is $2-what about the garlic butter? Imagine all the other ingredients that other people get jipped on everyday..think how much $ that saves them.. My meal was $15 by itself and looks like garbage. Both my husbands burgers were burnt & my kids burgers looked like they had been assembled with fallen scraps from the floor. This place needs to be shut down at this point. Between the THEFT and constant mistreatment from the kids ‘running’ the place-they have no business being a BUSINESS. I’ve been dealing with them & cutting them slack, giving benefit of the doubt any time I go there. Not anymore. Another lady was there before us waiting even longer and when she asked how much longer it would be, the child employee gave her an attitude and said ‘ma’am I’m sorry-we only have 2 cooks right now’ you could tell by her tone she wasn’t genuinely apologizing but annoyed at the lady for asking.
