Tracon Coffee — Restaurant in Coolidge

One of the two coffee shops in town. While I appreciate having a local option, there is definitely room for improvement. The coffee is fine, but it’s consistently served extremely hot, which makes it hard to enjoy right away. It doesn’t seem like drinks are being properly temped before serving. The pastries promoted on social media don’t quite match what you receive in store, which can be disappointing.

Although the shop recently changed its name and decor, many of the same issues that existed under Nana’s Coffee Shoppe remain. A full rebrand should go beyond appearances. Proper barista training, customer service training, and a thoughtful menu revamp would go a long way in creating a better experience for Coolidge and the surrounding areas.

It’s a quiet cafe that could be great for studying or working, but the environment is not especially welcoming. Staff, including what appears to be the manager, could be more inviting...

This was my first time ordering, although it might be a little bit pricey( mainly because I use DoorDash) it is extremely worth it. I had the mocha toffee danish. It was the best tasting thing I may have ever had from a bakery. That was an amazing danish. I will order again. the coffee was very good. I even had the danish later because the coffee made me not hungry lol warmed it up and it was amazing. !!! Coffee good iced...

I drive to Coolidge from San Tan because this is my favorite coffee shop. The young woman who is working most times I go is really sweet to her customers. I do wish they are open...
