Ladies beware older woman wearing glasses. I've been coming here since last October no major issues except for today. This lady was very rough and did not seem happy prior to giving service. I was there for pedicure and SNS manicure. I was in the middle of my wonderful pedicure when she interrupted multiple times to remove polish by dipping fingers in a warm bowl loaded with nail polish remover. She asked me to rub fingers into cotton while undergoing pedicure. She first roughly rub off with cotton balls and it didn't work. She then comes back with fake nail to tug nail under my skin roughly lifting my nail from my skin. I said "ouch," she lightly apologizes and laughs going back to her desk. Later she comes back with grinding tool. She abruptly grabs my hands to begin grinding nails. For 3 minutes she is angrily expressing her frustration in her native language. She starts getting tougher and then some how trails off and slices my entire middle left finger nail and skin. She now drops her tool. I immediately react by stating she needs to be much more careful because she sliced my finger. I am now bleeding holding in my frustration. I refused her services and requested to just have polish removed. Someone else a lot nicer and gentler stepped in in order to attempt to correct. She genuinely apologized however, I was in pain and my relaxing pedicure was now ruined. I dont normally complain nor leave negative reviews however, today was an exception. Noticed this woman picture was not on the wall. However, Just had a great pedicure # 3 by a friendly man whom is the only reason I've given this place any stars. Lady said her family runs the place. First time was pleasant and only 50 for a fill& one fix on a nail. I came back and she was very lazy on my nails ☆ under wasnt cleaned filed properly at all and the lines were not straight at all for my french tip shaping and color is off and the clear coat isnt on my entire nail on any of them and i could see it. I would take a pic but I went somewhere else to have them redone before work. Also they over charged me $75 for a FILL of an acrylic french tip. Weird when their price was less a couple weeks ago. I was hoping this could be my new spot to bring my siblings but that was a horrible experience and I wont be back! I kept my composure was polite and tipped well but was bot happy when I left. I even tried to reschedule when I arrived noticing how busy they were..then she rushed to get done with me . Reading the review about the husband being rude. I believe it when they kept talking about a customer in their language. I wish people would realize some are bilingual and its rude to speak in another language around others in your business.. if its a private conversation take it off...

Has not been a good experience in a couple years everytime I come in I feel like im not wanted there and ignored badly. I get passed on to only 1 person because im not wanted or worth the time. It was great the first time I went but after the last appt I felt so upset I have made decisions to not go back. They cut my fingers then get irritated when I wince from the pain and if I touch the heat lamp on accident they get visibly mad and make noises then speak Vietnamese so i can't hear. Leaving with bloody nails id horrible and feeling ignored is horrible. No one should feel terrible and hurt when they get a pamper on themselves especially if its a treat for yourself when u work hard all month and use the 1 day as a treat to make you smile after working so hard. Plus the smoking smell inside from the boy who smokes by door is a very turn off and the smell is...
