KFC — Restaurant in Coolidge

In my opinion one of the worst places someone could go to eat anywhere, but especially in Coolidge. Undercooked and frozen chicken wings have been served to myself and my family on multiple occasions, orders are usually incorrect and are sloppily prepared showing how much care is put in to serving the meals seems to me the only thing that matters is money. Not to mention some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with the employees ignore you sometimes, speak rudely to you or other customers, even argue with customers about their mistakes I've even had a manager get in my face and tell me I was lying and that I messed up my order and refused to try to fix it or make it better I keep going back hoping for a change because my family likes the food even though we've gotten sick off of it a few times it seems to me each time I return I am immediately reminded of why I don't like doing business here just by the smugness of the employees the whole vibe that is coming off this place is not good it is not jolly and it's not friendly or inviting and another thing they do not accept the apps for KFC or Taco Bell and they do not have online ordering they only take particularly hard to find and get coupons of the paper type so if you want a really bad experience possibly some undercooked food and botulism and almost a guarantee that somebody will be rude to you and will treat you like you're not good enough to be eating in this restaurant then this is the place for you. I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING SOMEPLACE DIFFERENT TO EAT RATHER THAN SUPPORT A PLACE THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEIR COMMUNITY, THE PATRONS, AND ONLY CARES ABOUT WHAT MONEY CAN BE MADE AND TAKEN OUT...

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this KFC/Taco Bell combo location! Having two of my favorite fast food chains under one roof is pure genius, and this location executes it perfectly. Food Quality: The chicken was crispy and hot, clearly fresh from the fryer. The Original Recipe coating had that perfect blend of herbs and spices that KFC is famous for. On the Taco Bell side, my Crunchy Taco Supreme was loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and just the right amount of their signature sauce. Everything tasted like it was made to order. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Despite having to manage two different menus, they handled my mixed order seamlessly. The cashier was knowledgeable about both brands and helped me find the perfect combo deal. My order was ready in just a few minutes. Value: The ability to mix and match between KFC and Taco Bell items is unbeatable. I got the best of both worlds - some crispy chicken tenders and a few tacos - all in one stop. The combo pricing was very reasonable. Cleanliness: The restaurant was spotless, with clean tables and a well-maintained dining area. The staff was actively cleaning throughout my visit, which shows they take pride in their establishment.Overall: This is fast food done right! I ordered lunch today & was waiting for my order from Isabel,, An order for here came up & she said this is my order, I said my Truck is running I Always order to go, Absolutely Annoyed her, She turns around & begins boxing the order but a co worker was right next to her & she began to Curse me out in Spanish ( I’m fluent in Spanish but African American ) I stated be careful of how you speak, Some Black people speak Spanish!! Amazing,, I spoke to Marie ( Manager ) She Giggled like it was Funny,, I asked what the store # was & she stated “ It’s on the receipt “ ,.. I would rather you tell me or write it down but ok’.
