If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst taco bell ever! Very rude manager!!! I specifically ordered 2 chkn cheesey gordita crunches (repeated it multiple times). Drove 30mins back to the hospital took a bite & found out it was beef. Called to complain & was told to come back to replace them so I threw the one I bit away & drove 30mins back. Slowest drive thru EVER btw! Got to the window & calmly explained the situation only to be told they wouldn't remake my order because I threw 1 away. I asked for my money back if they weren't going to fix "their" mistake. They said no & took back my other gordita (which is a health hazard). Followed by a yelling match with the grouchy unreasonable lady manager over $11 & some change. If she's not going to provide customer service she shouldn't be working here. Drive through line was long and so was the lobby which is expected on a Friday but after going inside, there was aboslutely no sense of urgency for the rush. There was a group waiting as well as another woman in the lobby and from what I could assume was the "manager" was floating aroung the lobby area wearing Beat by Dre Headphones, kind of putting up halloween decorations?? During the rush?? A woman came in after her order was messed up and EVENTUALLY the "manager" (or just a young girl barely doing anything) came around very slowly to help her. After she did, she never took any initiation to help the young man at the register to clear the lobby, she just went back to floating through the lobby, very slowly, messing with the decorations and barely even doing that. Read moreSpent $52 at this Taco Bell/KFC combo and honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Every taco we ordered was wrong. The “hard” tacos were soggy and falling apart, and the chicken we got from the KFC side was literally burnt. Like how does that even make it out the kitchen?
They’ve clearly put money into remodeling the inside, but instead of improving the customer experience, they took away the cashier. Now you’re forced to order on a screen, wait forever, and still end up with a messed-up order. I even asked them, “Is everything correct?” and they said “yes.” Should’ve known better—got home and of course, half the stuff is wrong.
Just a huge letdown. If I’m dropping $50+ at Taco Bell, I expect at least one thing to be right. Won’t be back...
