Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

I hate to pull the racial card but I can’t help it! When I walked in this location on June 3rd, 2024 around 2:05pm. Not one worker spoke to me! One of the girls just looked at me with a nasty look on her face. Now, when I got to the register to place my order, the other young lady did speak and ask if I was a perks member. I gave her my info and in the middle of that a “white man” walked in and the girl that was looking at me with the nasty look spoke to him all loud and proud “HELLOOOOO” I immediately told the other girl at the register “You know what, I don’t even want nothing from this location” & walked out! I don’t like feeling like I’m not welcome at an establishment. Especially one of my favorite establishments…. And since I feel I was treated as such I’ll just take me & my money else where!💯

I thought it was just me, but someone else commented on food rationing. This coffee is not cheap is neither is my $4 tip on a $14 order. My coffee was nowhere near full. I always order the same drink and they filled the large three quarters of the way, then filled the rest with foam then a drizzle of whip. What!?!? Why am I paying more money for less?

And I am wondering if they are adjusting the sandwich for the ham and cheese croissant. I order it all the time at other locations and it usually has two slices of ham. This sandwich had only one slice that was folded in half to make it look like there was more. Then you open the sandwich and see this tiny square of meat. What is really going on? This is one of the worst Caribou locations I have been to. The staff is rude and careless. I will drive the extra miles to avoid this one. Every time I go through the drive-thru the service is SO slow, much slower than other locations which actually have a line. One time I ordered a drink that needed to be mixed with milk and got just the concentrate, YUCK! I brought it back later in the day and the staff just looked at me, not even asking how can I help you or acknowledging I was there, the "manager" was hesitant to even re-make my drink, examining the drink I had brought in, like I had somehow done something to it.
