First time in and didn't get a very warm welcome, actually none at all. We stood looking at the menu for quite a while before ordering, since we didn't look it up before coming in. The gal took our order accurately, but seemed as though we were a bother. Maybe she was having a day. We ordered 4 pizzas for take out: Kids Cheese, Pineapple Express, Spicy Tono, and a Crafted By You: Red Sauce, Caramelized Onion, Pepperoni, and GF crust. While waiting for our pizzas, I noticed a few things. First, the smell of the building smelled like floor cleaner. It didn't smell like food at all. Tables weren't cleaned off, leaving not many places to sit for those dining in. There were sauces available but without a sign you didn't know if they were free to take or a charge. I realized they were free to take when I saw others grabbing them. The Garlic Aioli is to die for!!!! My family was a big fan of the hot honey. We also tried the honey ranch, probably our least favorite, but wasn't terrible. The gal who took our order helped prep herbs, basil to be exact. Not at one time did she change her gloves between handling cash/credit cards and moving to the table behind her to pluck basil. Matter of fact, of the other two employees we saw, none of them changed gloves between handling food and nonfood items. The only person I witness change their gloves was the gentleman who made our pizzas. Overall, the taste of the pizzas were good.. Not as fresh as I thought they would taste being they have fresh ingredients. I also felt our pizzas lacked topping for the size of the pizzas. I'd go back if I had another coupon, but probably wouldn't go back and pay full price. A decent experience, and I may be a little tougher critic having a ton of food service background, but for goodness sake please teach proper hand hygiene. As their signs say, please tell us if something is wrong for us to make it right.. As I stated before, the gal seemed as though we were a bother, so bringing up the hand hygiene issue and asking about the sauces felt like it'd...
Read more4-28 around 815pm. Ordered one gluten free pizza and a sandwhich. Pizza was brought out burnt. Like the edges were black! It even smelled burnt. They said that's the way gluten pizza is and plopped it off right in front of us and walked away. The girl working there couldnt care less. This isnt the job for you dear. Literally just plopped the food down and walked away after someone from the back yelled "thats the way gluten-free food is". My sandwich was made wrong. I returned it and they had to look at the ticket to see if I infact ordered it without something before remaking it. 1st time there and both orders had to be sent back. Not looking great for this place. The employees made us feel like we were in the wrong. Come on..! The pizza was burnt! It was black and smelled burnt! And my food had something on it that I specifically said to leave off. We weren't being difficult, but sure made to feel like we were by the employees. I know you offer some sort of free entree with unsatisfactory service or food with your guarantee, but just keep it. I really...
Read moreWhy has it taken so long to get this deliciousness in my neighborhood?
I've been waiting for years to have a place nearby that not only knew what a good original philly cheesesteak was but would also make the favorite varieties you might be craving (I'm a supreme lover - grilled onion, green pepper, jalapeno and mushrooms) from the sunny side (2 over easy eggs and bacon) to the phat Tony (habanero jam, jalapeno, bacon and garlic aioli).
Their fresh brick oven pizzas are delicious and in amazing varieties in both red and white sauce choices.
Even the sides like truffle parmesan fries with optional cheese whiz and/or bacon and fresh mountain, Italia, Caprese or Caesar salads are a cut above.
The biggest drawback I found was trying to not order everything on the menu.
Unlike many other places, employees are still masked and customers receive individual disposable menus which, in my opinion can't be a bad thing as we recover from this nasty pandemic.
Welcome to the...
