First time at Vitamin Shoppe ever. OUTSTANDING customer service! Assistant manager Marchantte (spelling? sorry!) was extremely friendly, welcoming, & helpful, and saved us 20 bucks and hooked us up with a better product than we initially were going to go with. He didn't have to go above and beyond for us--it would have been easy to just ring us up and let us on our way, but he GENUINELY cared my personal weight loss goals and saving ME money--and went to get the right product for me after asking a few questions. Not only did he care about me, but was inspiring his fellow employee to do the same with her customers ("Make sure they get that 20%!") I don't do reviews often, but this was an incredible experience, and I for sure will be back! Marchantte has a real and rare positive energy, and with that being my first time at your store, and feeling already apprehensive about my weight loss goals, his positive vibe and energy felt GREAT! I’ve been to this location about 5 different times and each time I go there. There’s a plethora of staff that ignore you, they literally look away from the door and talk amongst themselves as if they’ve seen a ghost. Especially the guy there who always has an attitude right when I walk in, as well as him following me around the store and looking at me like I’m a criminal. If you work in customer service, you shouldn’t discriminate against people but then again it’s happened multiple times, not to mention I have to keep repeating myself when asking for help on something I’m looking for, do better please at the end of the day, I’m spending money here...

Worst company ever! I looked over their selections for 20 minutes. As I did so they helped all the people that were regulars and ignored me.. I asked about a product that they say they have trouble stocking. The employees suggested that I ordered online. I did so and they filled my order and subtracted from my account. They then informed me that the product was discontinued but it was not. No explanation why this product was currently available but they couldn't fill my order.
