I called to place am order for delivery on Friday January 5th at 11:40am. The office that I work at is about 8 blocks from this Jimmy John's. We have been ordering delivery since they opened. I was in shock when I called to place my order and the rude lady told Mr I wad out of their range and they don't deliver here. I said this must be a mistake because you are here daily delivering multiple times a day for orders. She insisted I was wrong and finally said I'll only do it TODAY but your not in our zone. I said to her I will be sure to send a mass email to my office then. I asked her to please check with a manager on this and she snapped at me and said i am the manager. I again asked if she was sure and she said yes, we must be delivering on accident. I placed my order for one sandwich and a pickle and hung up with her at 11:40. At 12:15 i called back to check on my order. The male that answered said he was sorry and it would be there in about 10 minutes. My sandwich finally arrived at 12:25!! What the hell happened to freaky fast?? The delivery guy said he was really sorry and when i asked why they wont be delivering to our he said he would talj to her because she is wrong. He said we deliver to your office many times a day. I thanked him for delivery and for confirming this issue. He said he was very sorry for his manager. I told him its not his fault she is so rude!! Also i went online to test if i could place an order and guess what, i could!! Rude rude...

I found out their turkey was giving me stomach issues, I asked if they could sub their turkey for a different meat. The staff was very helpful, even though they were obviously annoyed by my request they went as far as calling the owner. Garth told me no over the phone. I might add he was very polite.
Let's do the math. I buy 1 Jimmy John's sandwich for $10 once a week for the rest of my life. Say I live for another 50 years. That's $5000 that the franchise and this store specifically loses out on for not being able to sub meat. Let's say I bring my kids and wife. That's another $10-$15k which could equal over $20k in a life time. That doesn't include the lifetime customer that my children could become by introducing them to one of my favorite sandwich places and the friends ect. ect. ect.
It hurts my heart when logic is not a thing. I wish this specific the best of luck. Some times bending your own "rules" that you even admit make no sense will win you a champion of your business. I wouldn't waste my time living this review if I didn't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt is unfortunate to have to leave a one star review on one of my favorite go-toās around here and my honestly religious delivery to-go. This location specifically has failed Itās customers immensely. Extreme lack of communication, possibly workers Iām not too sure what it is. But I can name four occasions when my delivery did not get delivered, I had to reach out to the store myself every single time on their behalf because I never received one single phone call. There was only one attempt to it right and this was AFTER I had to call back up three times on different days, and then eventually show up at the store in order to get my ācreditā that the dude seemed super confused about. Talking to anyone at this location is a nightmare. The manager seems like he was lobotomized at 12 years old. I tried to keep giving this location a chance, and it happened almost every single time. Very disappointed, but I love JJās rider for life. Iām just glad I am moving away from this location and hope the service/lack of managerial duties get...
