Ordered my sandwich and was notified it may take longer than usual, no problem. I had ordered 15 mins before my break, so there would be extra time. After about 45 mins and halfway through my break I called, they said oh are you at this address? Yes, ok its just leaving. So another 15 mins goes by and I'm sitting outside. Nothing. 10 mins later I go back into my work and I call and cancel my order, breaks over. I'm told oh sorry it didn't work out, I'll call the driver and tell them to forget about it, nice customer service, ugh. Anyhow, I'm back to work and one of my coworkers says oh you're sandwich is in the breakroom, they dropped it off a few minutes ago. What? Ok, so I bring it up front. Not 10 mins later the Jimmy John's driver COMES BACK for the sandwich! Seriously? It takes you an hour to bring me a sandwich and 10 mins to pick it up?? It's pretty clear no prep or anything is being done because the pop was disgusting, the meat was sparse and looked extremely questionable, the lettuce was brown and slimey, and the bread was rock hard; couldn't even bite into it. Still, had our hearts set on JJs so we went to a different location immediately afterwards and had a wonderful experience. I'm not sure how this location is still open. This isn't the first horrible experience I've had here and we won't be back and will make the extra 2 minute drive to the better location. Read moreI have tried placing mobile orders many times over the past few months wether it be catering for my work, catering for my daughters graduation, or personal orders.. I place my orders before they open and typically place them for 12PM pickups. I never get notifications they are making my order, complete my order, and when I show up with proof on my phone that I ordered at their location they claim they lost it! When Lexcie was the general manager of this location for years her and her crew made our orders so efficiently and we NEVER had issues. This new GM and crew are rude, sloppy, and disgraceful to the Jimmy John's companies name. Don't even get me started on delivery.
