Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

Where to begin? After a hard days work equating to more than 12+ hours on call for an emergency, one doesn't want to spend a second cooking dinner. That's where I come in. It was 6 pm when I had arrived to this Little Caesars chain. I believe their advertisement said hot and ready during this busy time hence choosing Little Caesars over Papa John's or Domino's. I arrived at the drive thru window(the only pro in this review) and ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza. They informed me that they were just boxing up some fresh pizza. Sweet, fresh hot pizza sounds like a deal to me. 5 minutes go by and knock on their window to see how much longer it was going to take. The man told me it would only be just a couple more minutes. No problem on my end considering that I can wait 5 more minutes. 7 minutes go by and I start getting irritated. I knock on the window again and ask them how much longer? They told me "it will come out when it comes out" in a very rude tone. I sat back in my car and just drove off. I will never be returning back to this local chain. Best part about this experience is the fact that there was not a single customer waiting besides me and I was still charged the $6 for the pizza. Gotta love high school level...

I used to love Little Caesers, lots of food for little money and it was quick and convenient.. but slowly over time they became less quick and convenient. The drive thru would have 20 -30 minute waits, they would be out of pepperoni, their prices went up and lines would be crazy slow. I used to go on Wednesday’s as I got off work at 6 and had to be at a church function at 7 and Little Caesers was on my way home..but then I’d go there and it would be a half hour or more wait which wouldn’t allow me time to eat it. I then decided to order online instead so it was ready when I got there but instead they never got my order and it still was gonna be 30 minutes. After several attempts I just stopped going there and would get pizza at Dominoes instead. Now that location is closed for good so I’m guessing everyone else stopped going there too. The most unprofessional establishment ! I called in an order for my son’s birthday party the day before the event to ensure there was enough time to make the pizzas. I was told that everything was set and that it will be ready to be picked up the next day (the day of the party) at 1:15pm. I go to pick them up and they claim that the store will not be opening for an hour (2:00pm) and all orders will be refunded. Mind you, this was the day of the event and I placed this order the day before. Luckily I was able to find another place to help us with such last minute notice and 10 pizzas for a birthday party. Shout out to pizza man in anoka! They even delivered. I am not sure if the employees did not show up today or what but they really dropped the ball and couldn’t care less.
