I randomly found this spot while running errands, and wow⊠it seriously felt like a little piece of Cuba landed in Coppell. I ordered a guava pastry and a cafĂ© con leche to try something quick, but ended up staying longer and grabbing a bunch more to take home. The pastries are flaky, buttery, and filled just right, not too sweet, not too heavy. What got me was the energy of the place. The taste of pastries was definitely a nostalgic as they reminded us of our childhood pastries back in India. The owners are young and passionate. We had language barrier as owners speak Spanish and very few words of english but that wasnât an issue (thanks to google translate). The prices are fair and they only accepted cash.    Read moreI gave this place a try and had a chance to try a flan since literally all they had. it tasted like dough and grainy so wouldn't recommend this place. Also, I wasn't a fan of the gentleman helping me came out eating a sandwich and wonder if they eat and bake because that is gross. You will also realize when you go in there the place has a weird smell almost like wet socks. I would definitely not come back to this place as there are better cuban places than this but figured I would give them a try. Hope...
