I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an online order at least 30 min prior to arriving for pickup. Ordered 1 dozen variety donuts, 5pk pumpkin holes, 10pk variety holes, and a med coffee. There was a long line at arrival. Walked up to counter and asked about online order and male employee started looking for it. It had still not been made. 1 guy was working the counter and about 3 were working the drive thru. No one was getting their order taken as the 1 employee at the counter was putting together orders for both the front and drive thru. Another couple came into store and got in line, after waiting and realizing no one was taking orders for those waiting in line they spoke up and asked the staff if someone was going to do so. The guy putting orders together stopped and began taking orders for customer waiting in line. A few orders had come up for pickup and customers had to come back as all their orders were wrong. I was still waiting on my order. As the last couple placed their order, the guy started making their order right away which itritated me since there was a whole wall of people waiting on their online pickup orders. At this point I went to the counter and pointed out that the couple had just placed their order and everyone else was still waiting. He then began to put my order together. Gave me my donuts and coffee which was leaking out of the cup. I got to my vehicle and decided to check the donuts as everyone’s orders were wrong and people were having to come back, and of course my order was wrong. I had to go back in and ask for the correct donuts. The guy remade my box after I had to hold up my phone for him to see what I ordered. I opened the box at the counter and the donuts did not look great. One had stuck to the lid, the sugar on the jelly filled looked wet, the crueller was upside down and cold as if it just came out of the refridgerator. After placing an order 30 min in advance, I had to wait an additional 30 min in store just to leave with the right donuts that looked like they were left over donuts. Worst experience ever at a dunkn location. This store is new, and definitely needs to add more staff as well as train them better. They also need to do quality control on the food that goes out. This store seems to have no management, or rather...
Read moreExtremely disappointed in both the product and the service and attitude at this new Dunkin' Donuts. I ordered four dozen of the adorable specialty Halloween Spider Donuts for a before-school event well in advance. See the pictures of the adorable Halloween Spiders Donuts I ordered, and what I picked up. It honestly looks like something I should post to Instagram with #nailedit, but this is something I paid for not a homemade mistake. The cashier could tell I was disappointed, and I told her they didn't look anything like the picture. She responded that that was because 'Halloween is over.' When I responded it was October 24th, she said she meant for ordering, and she can't get any more orange food coloring....really? Beyond not having the correct colors, or eyes, and the legs being fat and broken, and generally looking like they were decorated by a class of third-grade student, the presentation in the box was also horrible. As you can see, the box is filled with grease spots as these were obviously sloppily decorated in the box. The cashier of her own volition took $3 off the $40 order. I would have far preferred to pay the incremental $3 and have the cute Halloween donuts they advertised, or simply have gotten standard donuts and saved the disappointment. I will point out one other thing about the location to keep in mind. Assuming you are going there in the morning, make sure you are on your way south. The location ingress and egress make it very difficult to get back northbound on Beltline. So if you are returning to Coppell, you have to exit southbound, make it across three lanes of heavy traffic and either turn on Hackberry and make a u-turn (if you can) or wind your way over and through Cypress Waters, or if you can't make it to the left land in time for Hackberry, fight left, cross the two lights and go across 635, make a u-turn, and come back across those two light. Either option is stressful and time-consuming in...
Read moreI went to the drive through today at this location and ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso. I paid and pulled up to the window where I was told to pull forward and wait for my drink. I waited 15 min before I decided to go inside and ask for my drink. When I told them I’d waited 15 min for one drink, they seemed shocked as they forgot about my order and just had me waiting. The girl told me she’ll make my drink - but she didn’t know how to make it, as she kept asking how on her headset. She then proceeded to go back to making all other orders and ignored mine. I waited another 15 minutes and no one was making my order. I told the second girl I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for one drink and she went back to make it. She came back with my order, but it was the wrong drink. After 35/40 minutes waiting for one drink I told her to give me a refund as I waited so long and the order I finally got was wrong. She said okay and walked away. After 10 min I asked her can I please get my refund, she came and told me sorry we don’t know how to do that and to give them my name and to come back another day and they’ll give me my drink. The issue is why would you not tell me that you don’t know how to refund instead of saying okay and walking away and having me wait as if I was going to get a refund.
In summary, I waited for 40 min for one drink, and they ended up giving me the wrong drink and not even refunding me.
This is the worst customer experience I’ve had ever. Terrible location, staff has no idea what they’re doing. They need to be trained better and the location really needs to work on their operations, it’s absolutely horrible. Never coming back here, even for my drink I already paid for. The frustration is not worth getting...
