Service above the rest needs improvement!!!!! I have placed an order online 11/2/2018 (at the Coppell, TX location) and you swear I'm sitting within a restaurant ordering a 3 course meal. I made a simple order online and was very specific # 5 with some condiments on the side. And guess what happens on my 30 mins break of course the sandwich is missing what I requested. I called that same day and was told several times oh it's rush hour and we busy please call back...UHHHH DUHHH that's why I placed my order on line, so I was upset by then. I call back and finally spoke with Manager Omar and he apologized and offer for me to either come back and they make another one or my name can be placed on a list for another day. So fast forward I redeemed my sandwich on 11/6/2018 and I called this time and spoke with Danielle and she repeated my order and I thought we had a clear understand and what happens again the left off the relish. Yes, this sounds minor and like I have a lot of time on my hands but what is the principal of doing an online order if it's constantly wrong!!!!! I don't know if they in a hurry, new staff but this is bad customer service. I hope management reviews this with staff and they make the necessary changes. When we got home, we realized our sandwiches were completely missing cheese, onions, and peppers—leaving us with just dry roast beef. We immediately called and spoke to the manager, Maso, who rudely insisted that we had ordered them this way. That was absolutely not the case, and nowhere on our receipt does it indicate that we requested these essential ingredients to be removed.
Why would anyone order a Philly cheesesteak without cheese, onions, or peppers? Instead of correcting their mistake, Maso refused to remake the order, saying it would cost him over $70 to do so. Meanwhile, we had already paid $71.57 for sandwiches that were not what we ordered.

Read moreUnfortunately experienced my online order being taken before I got there. I Always get great service here when ordering online. I just think this location needs to fix their pickup method. The pick up station is just right next to the door where anyone can go in and just take someone else’s order. The employee don’t really look over to see what’s being taken. I arrived there just about 5 minutes when the order said the sandwiches were ready. When I arrived the order was no where at the pick up table. And it’s not like the sandwiches weren’t ready, even the employees said they remembered making it. They were kind enough to remake the orders. Unfortunately when I took the remade orders home it was just the basic sandwiches with no add ons that I asked for.
