Wu's Asian Bistro — Restaurant in Coppell

The young lady that took my call was nice. however the rest was a nightmare to deal with. it was my first time to ever eat here. I ask for the chicken teriyaki the price said $7.95 but it was actually $11.00 I also ordered the egg roll and it was ok as expected. the rice was not good. I specifically told the staff to please have the driver follow my simple delivery direction. The order took an hour the driver had to call me 3 times and stop for direction at my location he did not speak English very well. that is ok but follow written directions. I called and spoke with a manager and she stated I have worked here 11yrs it's not my problem you are not happy with the food. I ask for a refund on my chicken only. I did not ask for the entire refund. She again got hateful with me and rude and stated it was my problem not hers and she hung up on me. the total for the very small dinner was 21.97 not worth the time to call or headache of the woman in management .THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO ORDER FROM OR EAT THE FOOD/ The woman also said you bring it back here. I explained the reason for the delivery as well. I should have been refunded and made to feel welcome not like a piece of trash as a first time customer. Thumbs...

It was our first time this weekend eating food from here! First: We ordered take our straight from their website and we absolutely love how you can customize your dishes on their website; DoorDash also didn’t have all their dishes! So ordered straight from them is so much better and more variety! Second: we loved every thing we ordered: wonton soup, steamed dumplings, crab Rangoon could have had more stuffing but still good. My SO had the happy family, I usually hate the way Chinese places make happy family but this place - it was SOOO GOOD. I ordered the spicy flat noodle combo and omg it was actually spicy lol si many Asian places now and days don’t know how to make anything spicy! Needless to say, we both agreed we would be ordered here from now on and even try in person! We lived fairly close to the restaurant and our order came under in 40 minutes! (My SO already ate half the appetizers before I took the photo; crab Rangoon came with 4 and steamed dumplings...

We ordered from this place on ubber eats and really enjoyed it. Really good food for the price. So we decided to come in today. The woman out front was very rude to us from the start. Blatantly ignoring us to the point that another patron asked her questions on our behalf. AND SHE ANSWERED. The food is amazing but it really sucked to be treated that way. She litterally kicked my daughter and I out of some seats claiming that it was busy and she needed our seating. There was no one else there. We ordered to go and she could've directed us to the place she wanted us to wait. She did not. We paid like everyone else and had she treated us with respect instead of scowl at us... we'd have tipped. It was very degrading experience for Chinese food. Like other people felt bad for us and gave us sympathy stairs and said they felt it too. We thought this would be our new spot but after this we'll take our business elsewhere. Loyal...
