I love coming to this location . I’m glad they finally open up . The food and customer service is great. It only took 10min for my order to be ready . I recommend anyone to try this location out .
Cons - The customer can be down right rude and disrespectful to the staff . I saw that couple of times picking up my orders . The staff always stay calm and respectful during these encounters. This time I asked guy next to me what had happen . He looked me in my eyes and said “can’t expect much from cove” .It’s a small town but everyone feels more entitled than they should be . He lived in cove for 30 years and nothing will ever change in this small town he said . I moved here in January of this year for my travel contract and always wonder why it’s only 1 of everything in cove now I understand . You think the community will help business but not here . Read moreAfter placing an order well in advance, I waited for over 45 minutes only to be informed that my pizza was still not ready. I’m quite confused, as this seems like an unreasonable amount of time to wait for an order.
What concerns me further is the condition in which the pizza was handed to me. It appeared that the pizza was placed in the box without being properly inspected first. This raises questions about the attention to detail and, more importantly, whether basic food safety guidelines are being followed.
It’s hard to imagine how a business could thrive if such operational lapses continue. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure future customers don’t face similar issues.

My husband ended up driving to the location, where we found out there had been a power outage. We were told we’d be refunded within 1–3 days. While I was definitely frustrated at first, the power issue wasn’t their fault—and since a refund is being processed, I’m willing to chalk it up to unfortunate timing. Maybe next time.
BUT—ASHLEY needs a raise. In the middle of all this chaos, she saw the missed calls and actually called me back to apologize, explain the situation, and ask if we still wanted our order or a refund, not knowing she already had talked to my husband in store.
