On the weekends, I do uber deliveries. This past Sunday evening I recieved an order for this location at 10:55 p.m. I arrived at the location about 11:06 p.m. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for someone to come onto the speaker, so that I could let then know I was there for the order. Now, let it be noted that per your own website; as well as the information of store hours sign on both your door, and on your drive thru window say that drive thru is open till 12a.m. I waited around 8-10 minutes with no one coming onto the speaker. So I drove up to the drive thru window to try and get someone's attention. No one could be seen. Even though all the exterior and interior lights were on. So, I called in and the phone just kept ringing and then disconnected me. I then called a 2nd time. After about 6 or 7 rings, a male employee picked up the phone stating, "Burger King Copperas Cove." So I simply stated that I was an uber driver her to pick up the customers order. Immediate reply from employee, "we're closed." I began to ask why they were closed, before I even got the word closed... the employee immediately hung up on me. When this happened, I called the customer and informed her of everything. She was by far not happy with this treatment of as well as the fact that now she wouldn't be getting her food. I was also upset because the order was going to be a good paying fee for me as well. I have come to this establishment on numerous occasions and always have complemented your staff on how polite and efficient they are. Well, not anymore. I will not tolerate being disrespected like that as well as the unprofessional behavior of this particular employee. That I later found out his name was Scott. I went ahead and filed a complaint on this establishment with Ubers restraunt dept. for this incident to flag the restraunt for this behavior/treatment. It's all about customer service which this individual obviously has no care for. So I'm not sure how he still is employed. The first time I got dinner here they sent me with the wrong orders so I had to come all the way back months later I decide to come back and give it another try tonight. I politely asked if I could have two bottom buns for classic chicken sandwich because I have sesame seed allergies I was told no because it would mess up their inventory They forgot to give me my drinks, after they parked me to wait on my food, I tried to call the number twice and it just rang to let them know I hadnât received my drinks not wanting to get out of my car. I walked in anyway just for the lady at the front counter, to argue with me about how she asked me if I had my drinks which she didnât. And there was hair in my sandwich. At breakfast time the staff is wonderful after noon youâre chancing it . If you make a mistake, itâs OK, but donât argue with the customer. The lady told me that the guy at the window asked me if I got my drinks which was not true he asked me what my meal was and then ask me to park then she changed the story and said when she came out to my car, she asked me all she did was verify if my meal had chicken nuggets and a burger never was I asked if I got my drink crazy something so trivial could turn into something so big the whole point of the drive-through is so that I donât have to come inside which I didnât mind until she decided to speak her mind and the guy at the drive-through was looking at me like I was crazy the entire time, and I was really baffled when she said next time donât say yes if you havenât gotten...
   Read moreWent through the drive through. Approached the menu board and proceeded to order. Was immediately told they only have 2 whopper Pattieâs left for the night (it was 7:30pm). I ordered a chicken sandwich and was told they didnât have any chicken. I asked if they had the impossible whopper (beyond meat). The girl on the drive through said she had never heard of that burger (meanwhile I have had it at this location before). I wanted to drive off but had a car behind me where I couldnât back up. I figured I would just get some asked chicken nuggets and was told they had only 8 nuggets left. I ordered that and cheese sticks with a large sprite. With 2 cars in front of me, it took 15 minutes to get to the first window to pay. I was told their computer was down and couldnât run credit cards at the drive thru and they would need to go to the front window to take the credit card (didnât make any sense why they didnât just close the 1st window and have everyone go to the second window where the credit card machine works). Got to the second window and was handed a large hot drink with no ice. I asked about ice and was told they didnât have any ice. Was handed my bag of food. The chicken nuggets were room temperature at best and was like they had been out for a long time. The cheese in the cheese sticks wasnât melted and was still cold and hard.
