Action Pawn — Local services in Copperas Cove

Very poor customer service lately. I've been buying firearms from this shop for just over two years but today they lost my business. Took 10 minutes to get help so I could see a item because two of the workers were to busy bad mouthing a customer who was pawning a item. Not sure of her name but the red headed female as I ask a question about one of the items she rolls her eyes an speaks with sarcasm. Good luck doing business with employees like this...

First, Google is incorrect, they open at 10, not at 9. When you are here early because of that, they treat you like you're rude for showing up, or they act like you don't exist. You never know what kind of service you will get. One day it's great professionalism, the next they're incredibly rude. I will go 2 blocks away where I'm treated well...
