Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Coral Gables

I ordered online using the screen and was surprised when I opened my sandwich. I had an Albuquerque Turkey, which I had specified as being on an Everything Bagel, "thin", and with added avocado. The sandwich came on some other bread, not 'thin', and there was no avocado. I went back to the counter to inquire about it and was told, "them sandwiches are premade", as though I was an idiot for thinking my specification of bread as an everything bagel, thin, and the addition of avocado, was do-able. I inquired as to why I would have been able to make a specific bread choice and have an add-on if they were pre-made, and the service professional at the counter said, "I can't control the computer".
