Some staff members are polite, but not others:
I have had repeat encounters with one staff member who refuses to add whipped cream to beverages that clearly are marked in the app as including whipped cream.
(I cannnot “add” whipped cream during my order because the drink is shown as already containing whipped cream.)
It’s not my fault that some employees don’t know the full drink recipe.
When I have returned (twice now) to calmly and politely request that the order be fixed, this employee argues. I don’t think an employee should argue with the customer, especially after the customer shows proof in the app about the correct recipe stated on the order.
This issue is not the customer’s fault.
In addition, I have had other things go wrong with my drinks, such as a drink known for being sweet not tasting sweet at all. I think they are making drinks incorrectly.
After having multiple unpleasant encounters with the staff, I really don’t feel like complaining another time about my orders. I would not be surprised if the employees are rude in order to discourage people from approaching them when their order is wrong.
These drinks are expensive, and I pay money in order to receive what I wanted, not whatever the employee felt like making at the time.

This was especially apparent after I saw a blind customer come in and instead of helping him in the first seconds of meeting him the cashier laughed. This poor man was so nervous he was shaking. I have had to leave several orders to keep from being late to class or missing a test. The staff is rude and disrespectful when you ask for the status on your order.
