The food here is tasty and fresh, and the staff is normally very sweet. but they seem over their heads sometimes. They didn’t confirm on their end of the Grubhub app to notify me my online order was ready until I called them. Also they changed the dressing on the salmon bowl without notice. When I asked about it they said “it’s not kosher so the rabbi doesn’t allow us to serve it” because their space is adjoined with the Jewish building at UN.

Pura vida isn’t toted to be a Jewish restaurant, and none of the other Pura Vidas changed their menu. I was disappointed as I go solely for the green dressing on an $18 salad.
