Usually a spectacular place to grab a quick bite as the restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, well managed and quality food that you expect from KFC. Sorry to say that my experience last night at 930pm didn't meet any of those "standards". Upon entry to establishment there were 3 men and 1 woman waiting at the counter with no employees taking orders, so I sat down at the one clean table to watch what was happening. After 3 or 4 minutes I approached the counter to place my order of a k3 ( 2 chicken littles meal), the young lady didn't speak clearly and I had to ask her twice how much my order was and she seemed preoccupied with what the other employees were doing. I took my receipt and went back to the table to wait. After a few minutes the lady who was behind the other men got her order and left. Another man walked in, yet again nobody at counter to take his order. After 11 minutes my order number was called and although I told the girl I was going to dine in, my order was bagged to go. I looked inside to find cold potato wedges. I told a different lady and she took the bag to the production area to fix the order. I called to her that I would prefer coleslaw and after 2 minutes I asked why was I still here and she said " I threw away your order and I'm making new littles". I turned to one of the men who grimaced and he said that all I wanted was slaw. I turned to the other men and asked how long they were waiting. They said 35 and 42 minutes. WTF, went through my head. Just then the man waiting 42 minutes received his 1 bag of food and left - with a smile. Here comes my food again which I took the bag to a table to eat. The littles were smooched down, I ate one in discussed and left with remainder of order, only to throw in trash. ( yes there was still the one guy waiting 35 minutes still there. I gave 1 star to rating as no stars were not an option. By the way, the fruit punch was great.q Oh btw, I heard an employee state quote: " come on, team work, F@cking team work, fu$king team work " at the top of her lungs. Of which I couldn't believe, so I asked the man behind me and he affirmed. WOW, and I voted for higher wages for fast food...
Read moreThese people are the worst! This is my second time here this week and probably my last. You would think that this being THE Coral Springs would have a better quality of customer service? Not!!!
I've received better service from the chicken joint in the Hood. At least in the Hood my order was correct and the service was fast.
It's no like I ordered a customized meal. Slow doesn't begin to describe it. I was concerned that the four cars behind me would think I was the hold up.
It was so bad that the young lady that took my order reprimanded the other workers for being so slow and spending too much time back there talking.
This was my first time here.
Now today, they couldn't hear me, didn't understand me or whatever but she was struggling to get my order right.
All I wanted were three soft steak tacos, nothing more, no drink or anything else.
See the picture...looks like they threw it together. I didn't even get a chance to eat it all, it was stuck on the paper.
One of the other tacos was wrapped so poorly, it was folded into the paper.
I guess it's a new menu item, instead of a Pepper Steak Taco, it's a Paper Steak Taco.
And there wasn't even a line in the store or behind me. Do, it's not like they were busy.

Read moreI ordered an 8 piece bucket on the app and arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes later for my 2:00pm pickup. I was told they were out of crispy and it would be ANOTHER 15-MINUTES! OK, I was very understanding and PATIENTLY waited! After waiting ANOTHER 10-minutes I asked for the Manager after my boss called me from work and wanted to know WHY I WASN’T BACK FROM MY 45-minute lunch break. The manager came to the counter after 29 minutes and said OK, your foods ready now! Now I will tell you WHY & HOW this happened. I carefully watched the drive-up window and the designated outside 3 or 4 outside parking places for food pickup. What they did was SERVE the drive up customers with their orders and let me WAIT! And my order was placed 5-minutes before I arrived inside the restaurant at my designated pick up time of 2:00pm. 3 of the 4 cars that arrived in the drive up window after me were ALL PURCHASING BUCKETS OF CHICKEN AND GOT THEIR ORDERS BY 2:15 while I was stuck there waiting!
