9/3/2023 There was a dead cockroach in my food. Went to talk to the manager who was surprised because "the food is covered." I asked for my money back. She asked if we were sure we didn't want them to remake the food. What?!? Not only did I completely lose my appetite, but I could not imagine them making more food for ANYONE that day. There was no apology. She did refund my money and we threw everything away. Thankfully we hadn't started eating.

THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH RISK DO NOT COME HERE I just spent over 20 minutes waiting for a 3 item Uber eats order at this taco bell and while I was waiting I saw one of the workers drop 2 cups on the floor and still use them to make drinks and even after I had asked 5 separate times they couldn’t get my customers order on the board until the 5th time I asked. This place needs to be reviewed heavily by a health inspector because I know this restaurant is putting people at risk. Zero Stars, worst fast food experience I have ever had. I stood in line for 6 minutes, when I got up to Juan to order, I was told to hang on. He left to go get frozen drinks and was goen for over three minutes. I ordered and received my receipt at 1:20pm. I waited until 1:37 for a few tacos to go, that was a 17 mintes for fast food, not counting time spent waiting to order. When I told the girl who handed me my small sack of food how long I waited, she just stared at me, then called the number of the next customer and never even acknowledged my presnce or responded to my complaint.
