Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Coralville

My brother got me absolutely hooked on Jersey Mike's. I love the club supreme. This is one of the only places I will actually eat the tomato on the sandwich. I try to get something different each time. I love the minis. I get a couple of them to try all the different kinds of sandwiches. My close 2nd favorite sandwich has gotta be The Original Italian. My brother and significant other have both gotten the cheese steak. I've had a few bites of them and they are fantastic. I wish i had a location a little bit closer to me (Williamsburg, IA ) I go to the North Liberty/Coralville location. It's a nice treat when i am in the area. The employees are always very warm and welcoming. My first time doing an order online to pick up at the store, the guy who was working behind the counter actually pronounced my last name correctly! Probably the greatest customer service I have ever received. I work long hours and this place is by far the most dependable for timely ordering ahead for carryout. I order roughly 2-3 times weekly over the past year. The 1 time they didn't have it ready was on 11-18. I showed up they missed the order. I was extremely frustrated as I had to work a 16 hour shift without food. They refunded me. Gave me a free coupon for a sub. Offered to make my sub, but I declined as I was running late. They actually DELIVERED it to my work after they were actually closed. I was absolutely shocked when it was brought to me at work. I hope their workers/managers for that night at least are compensated very well. I am happy to continue ordering weekly and happy to tip them well every time. Business is run extremely...

I have lived in many different states with many different Jersey Mike’s and I can honestly say that this particular location…& it’s phenomenal crew are absolutely the best of the best!!! The crew will go above and beyond to make your sub exactly how you’re wanting it..with a smile on their face!! It’s a very well organized and clean Jersey Mike’s and the crew that they have..are always busy cleaning & stocking up but are always right there when help on the line is needed! I thoroughly enjoy every single visit I make to this Jersey Mike’s since their grand opening and will continue for as long as I live in this state!! Thanks for making really great subs that actually ARE a sub above ..and a crew that goes above and beyond …you all make the experience...
