Bread is good but not quite perfect. I had to ask for a drink then no refill. Cutlery is crudely wrapped in dirty black napkins scattered around on tables randomly. They need to work on the processing of customers. Unconnected, slightly too loud muzak, not southeast Asian music. They're dishing out the previous menu from the old owner. It has wrong products and prices. Crying baby in stroller behind sales counter, it was wheeled away eventually. They're trying, Manoj is spending too much time being servile and nicey-nice than getting job done professionally. Final judgement: I'd go back at $27 if they put meat in the sauces, make it hotter temperature, give me a drink & automatically, refill it etc. Beware the green sauce is not raita but a peanut sauce. Also, an occasional really hot chili pepper in there if you're sensitive, I'm not. The free sample of mango Lassi was too large, same serving glass but only 2/3 full next time please. I'm a trained British chef, I'm used to dark Indian restaurants with the right music + chicken tikka masala, vindaloo, onion bhaji etc I think they had some kind of bhaji but it was cold, dry and just the packet mix no vegetable added. Wow just wow. Don't even know where to start. Never had Indian food before so I was a bit overwhelmed when me and my family of 5 decided to give this place a try, but let me tell you best food choice in Corbin. The owner was so kind and helpful explained things on the menu and what was good together. I loved the experience in how to order. He was amazing to our children helping us figure out what would be good for them as well. He kept our drinks full and us feeling like we at our own private dining experience. The entire staff was so excited to help. I had the lamb it was cooked to perfection my kids had shrimp my oldest wanted seconds and he's the pickiest eater I know. We will definitely be going back. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I would gladly give zero stars if that option was available. Today we ordered Lamb Biryani, Veg Biryani, Veg Tawa Pulao, and Veg Manchuria, and every single dish was a huge disappointment. The Lamb Biryani tasted like plain tomato rice with barely any lamb pieces and not even 1% resemblance to actual biryani. The staff suggested Veg Tawa Pulao instead of Veg Fried Rice, so we trusted them, but both the Veg Biryani and Veg Tawa Pulao ended up tasting exactly the same.
