Ordered a pizza for delivery. It took them three hours to deliver the pizza while I was told it’s gonna be about 35 minutes. Call the store managers said that DoorDash has your pizza. I did not place the DoorDash order. I called the store directly and place the order for delivery manager insisted that I contact DoorDash, I talked to Manager told him to remake the pizza. I will come pick it up myself while my husband was picking up a pizza DoorDash showed up at my house. I denied the delivery told the DoorDash driver that they are remaking the because I don’t know how long this pizza has been in your car Manager refused to give pizza to my husband. He said that I called and I canceled the order. He won’t let my husband pay for the pizza. I had to wait four hours and I still couldn’t get pizza from the store. This is the worst service I have ever had and the manager Logan is really arrogant. He argued with me over $20 order which I wanted to pay for he wouldn’t give me option to buy it rather tell me that I was wrong. Read moreI wish I could give less than one star to this absolutely horrible establishment. I work in customer service, so I am very forgiving when it comes to people making honest mistakes or having to wait longer if things are backed up, etc. However, there is no excuse for the service failures I regularly experience here. I order here (usually pickup) at least once a week and they never get my order right. They always leave out one or more of the extra garlic butters that I pay for and when I order original breadsticks, half of the time I get garlic breadsticks. Tonight, I had to wait over an hour for two large one-topping pizzas and a order of breadsticks because they messed up my order and we had to stand and wait for it to be fixed. While we were waiting, a staff member was picking his nose and sniffling while rubbing his snotty hands back and forth across his face. Another customer noticed this as well. He did not wash his hands before handling food. I was appalled. From a management perspective, the entire management crew at this location needs to be fired and the rest of the crew completely retrained. This is not how you run a restaurant or treat customers.
