Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Kentucky

Got 3 number 1 Sonic cheeseburgers and also ordered a chicken sandwich we also got tots and one order of fries and the drinks was one coke 1 lemonade and 1 blue raspberry slushy..the number 1 Sonic cheeseburgers are always good sized I don't no what it was they brought but it was not a number 1 cheeseburgers they where no bigger than a small cheeseburger from McDonald's....what's up with that did they run out of the bigger buns...was it a mistake and they used the wrong buns I don't know...but I do know I paid for bigger burgers but got small burgers I could see makeing a mistake on one but it was all 3....and too make matters worse the only thing that was hot was the one order of fries...they don't seem to like to take the time to heat there food they serve up enough🤔the drinks where fine...my daughter said her slushy was awesome...a slushy was the only thing we was planning to get but we made the mistake of getting food too ..prob be awhile before we try eating here again... We will just stick to getting a slushy here from time to to time.....be nice if they could make there food good as there drinks...this was a more than it was worth very disappointing visit...but at least I can do a review so others can check there food to make sure it's the right thing they ordered and make sure it's hot...

This happened about 3 months ago. I was picking up an order for a door dash customer, and they just totally ignored me. I had already hit the button and stated what I was there for, it was not a huge order or anything, but I seen 3 people come and leave before I was brought my customer's food. I expected for it to at least be super warm and fresh, bc I'm an understanding person and thought maybe that was why, but nope! Food was maybe mildly warm. Also I was parked up front, literally right in front of the door. I was there for at least 20 mins after I had informed the man what I was there for. This affected my time rate greatly, and I'm sure my tip as well.. Thankfully a worker, who had came out a few other times, seen me and noticed I had been waiting for a while and asked what I was waiting on. I told her, she went in and immediately grabbed the bag and came out with my customer's order. So I appreciate her...

Ate at Sonic... Me and my girlfriend ordered cheeseburgers with extra onion my daughter's got regular cheeseburgers thay got tots and a order of fries ... They didn't give good orders at all plus they where not hot they where lukewarm the cheeseburgers where tasteless we ordered extal onion but got no onion at least if we had got onion it would have had some taste... One of the worst cheeseburgers I ever ate... We was very disappointed we took our food home we didn't eat there... It will be a long time before I go back and when I do I hope it's better iv got good food there before .. but not this time... It was all awful I'd been better off just tossing my money away... I'll do another review later in the future and see if they improve... That's bad service serving...
