Arby's — Restaurant in Corbin

I along with a dear friend stopped into the restaurant last night (Thursday, 5/8/25 at 9:40pm) for a late dinner before leaving Corbin on our way back home to Powell, TN. The cashier was less than pleasant and stated that the store would be closing soon before even attempting to greet us and take our order. I smiled, gave our order and said we should be quick as we had over an hour drive home ahead. We received our order in a to go bag and sat at a table for our meal. I will say that the quality of order was exceptional. At 9:58pm the Assistant Manager and the cashier approached our table and instructed us to leave so the could close. I stated that I only had a couple of bites remaining. She stated that they couldn't count the registers with customers in the store and that we had to leave now. While shocked, I politely said again that I only have a couple of bites remaining and may I please just have a moment to finish my meal. She said "no, you're leaving now". My friend and I stepped up from the table to walk to the door and she followed behind us as if we were children. I told her that this is no way to treat customers and she again said "you're leaving" as she pulled the door closed and immediately locked it. I am not one that normally complains, but this was disgusting and disturbing behavior, especially coming from a member of the store's management staff. That Assistant Manager should be ashamed for her attitude and actions and I sincerely hope that action is taken to ensure no one else is treated so rudely and disrespectful at this...

I’m not one to typically post a bad review, people / businesses make mistakes or have a bad day….it happens. And maybe there’s a legit reason for their bad service today…..But after spending over $50 in the drive through only to get home and find the fries we ordered were not even remotely hot, they were cold and dry like they had set out all night (and by cold I mean ice cold, not even a hint of warmth like they had just cooled off a little while other orders were being filled…This was at 5:00 in the evening, no excuse). Completely unsatisfactory in my opinion. My kids could not even eat them they were so bad…and my kids are like gremlins, especially when they’re hungry. Hopefully this was a one off situation, but I’d recommend anyone getting food here in the drive through double check their order to make sure it was cooked at least sometime that same afternoon. Like most folks, I don’t have money or time...

I went inside at 9: 30 to have a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich and the manager or whoever was working behind the counter told me that I couldn't have a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich because they decided to close their lobby early because they didn't have enough staff so I didn't get to have a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich instead I ended up going to Burger King and they let me come inside and have a delicious whopper. I was really disappointed because I haven't had a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich in so long, and the sign on the door said they were open until 10:00, so I went in before 10:00 and they told me that I couldn't have a delicious Arby's roast beef sandwich. And I was very disappointed. And maybe you should change the sign on the door to say you can't have delicious Arby's roast beef...
