Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Corbin

Had to give a star in order to put a review on here.This place should not get anystars at all..our visit was not good at all... Besides the young man Justin who took our order He was the only thing nice and frienly there.. Besides that Our order was wrong once a manages decied she was going to over run the employee. Like he couldnt do his Job by his self.HE WAS DOING GREAT BY HIS SELF..SHE SHOULD OF STAY AWAY ...SHE MESSED UP OUR FOOD NOT HIM . THERE WAS NO SWEET OR UNSWEET TEA FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT DRINK SOFTDRINKS AT ALL SO ONE MEAL WE DIDNT HAVE NOTHING TO DRINK QITH AND MANAGER DIDNT OFFER TO MAKE ANY TEA ..This place qas dead noone in there at all during dinner time of 6pm to 630pm on sunday Aug 1st 20024. Besides the above issues with manager and her rudeness and disrepect for stuff and customers Then there is the issue our food was cold (not the fish ) it was warm But the hushpuppies was cold The fries was hard and cold both.. And all the food was very very greasy. .. Again The boy was waited on us was great. ..The reason we want be back is Cause lady manager on duty She shouldnt be in boss..The bathrooms was gross Dinning room was clean but we did have to wipe someones Hair off table and flies was bad in dinningroom and noone had hair nets on or gloves who was cooking or touching .food. This place use to be Good all the way around But not now. Having bad/rude managers Will really hurt a business fast. And The food being so greasy Dont help.. But the lady manager is why we want be back ..Hipe the owners Get a new manager who talk to customers nicer and treats their staff better then this one Did in front of us...We took pics of how nasty our food was how it looked But it want let us post those on here. NO NAME TAGS ON ANYONE.. THE MANAGEAGE AGAIN ON DUTY WAS A LADY..IF OWNER WATCH VEDIO FOR THIS TIME THEY CAN SEE WHO SEE WAS. For now on we well go else where.Or drive 22 to 25mile away to londons or Knox co But never...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I sat in my car for over 40 minutes before my food was brought out to me. I could see through the lid of the bowl that the order was wrong so explained to the kid who brought it that it wasn't supposed to have lettuce on it just plain rice and salmon. He said he would go fix it and went back in. I looked at the receipt in bag and notice the amount wasn't what I paid so knew it was just someone else's order so went in to let them know. Made it to counter and could see the kid and someone else back there picking the lettuce out of bowl without gloves and grabbing the meat out of bowl and blowing on to get lettuce off. I pointed it out to cashier and he just shook his head. Kid came around to counter surprised to see me and put bowl on counter said he fixed it. I laughed said I dont want that. For one its not my order and 2 yall nasty as hell in here for doing someone that way. Asked for refund and lady came out from back who was helping kid pick lettuce off and found out she was the manager and got my refund. Just saying if a manager is willing to not only allow but help someone pick and blow on food like that theres no telling what all...

I have been eating here ever since they opened up.. i love there fish. When it first opened up they gave big pieces of fish...over the years they have cut down on the size of the order the pieces of fish are smaller...i got two fish dinners for me and my friend the fish was good but the pieces where small and too thin the fries where good and the coleslaw had a good taste to it...but they dont give you much slaw a small order of slaw is really small...i remember when you got a small order of slaw years ago it was a lot bigger than it is now...so they cut down on the fish size through the years and the slaw too...but charge more money. .the fish and more should be called...less for more...like i said i love there fish...but part of the greatness about long john silvers was the good orders you got there ..i have never got a good size order from captain Ds thats why i always loved long john silvers better...but now ones bout good as the other..captain Ds fish is good too but the orders are...
