McDonald's — Restaurant in Corbin

I go to this Restaurant every morning Only because it is the only restaurant open at 5 am. Half of the morning I can eat what they gave me. The other half it is so hard I can't bit into it. I never complain I just take the good with the bad. I will eat it on the mornings I can, and on the mornings I can't I just go hungry all day at work until lunch at 11. Today I went to McDonald's I asked for 1 double only ketchup,2 doubles, 3 chickens, and 1 large fry. When I got to the window the girl there asked me what I had while looking in my bag then shakes her head and hands me the bag. I get home 5 miles away to give my kids something to eat. To my amazement there was only one sandwich and fry. I gave my son the ticket told him to go back 5 miles ask them to just replace the hole order. I thought as many time as I had to work all day hungry and having to travel back 5 mile to get the food that the drive thu girl thought she saw in the bag they at least owed me this..... I thought. My son calls me said they need the bag? Why I say? I don't know. I ask him to hand the phone to the manager so I can find out why she needs the bag? She refused to take the phone from him. I call down to McDonald's it ring and ring I recall and recall. Finally she has someone else answer the phone for her. He tells me she said if he replaced my food for me it would cost him his job. So now I have already came 5 miles home from there sent my son 5 miles back down to get the food we already should have now he is going to come 5 miles back home empty handed. I have to go back 5 mile to get the food 5 mile back. Gas Is almost 3 dollars a gallon this is 20 miles now total that I having to spend on trying to get my food. Now I am pissed I don't know anyone after all the rudeness Tonya the so called "manager " has shown me. And having to travel 10 miles round trip to give her my bag??? So I go in I thu my bag down in her floor. I am yelling at her for being rude ask her to fill my order now that she had my bag. She asked me to stop yelling I do. Now she is yelling at me tell me because I thu my bag in the floor she is not going to replace my order I ask for my money back she will not do that. Now I'm asking is this not robbery. She is rude cost me 20 miles of gas for a bag I had the ticket? Hell the bag I could just take food out and say I did not get it? What is...

I went here after a concert a few weeks ago and the service was terrible. I waited in line for over an hour (I expected that), but I was okay with that. I waited patiently and I was pleasant to the people in the drive thru. I placed my order for 2 micchickens, 2 medium fries, and 2 large drinks. I get to the window to get my food and my order is all wrong. I was handed 2 sandwiches, one medium fry, one large drink and one medium drink. I wasn't given a receipt at the pay window. I told the woman at the window my order was wrong she rudely said "no it's not you're getting what you paid for you paid for a medium drink". And asked for the receipt I told her I wasn't given. I kept sitting there waiting for my correct order she turned away and acted like she wasn't going to help me and give me the correct order. I told her over and over I don't even know how many times what my order was. She finally gave me my other fry. I then told her I paid for another large drink. She FINALLY rudely gives it to me. We get down the road and finally eat our food we waited over an hour for and had to fight for at the window, the chicken was tough, the fries were stale, and the drinks tasted off. I'm not one to complain, I've worked in food and retail, I'm super patient and understanding, but the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness was uncalled for. I will not be...

SCAM! My business team and I are on our way to Illinois and after stopping to get gas we decided to get some food at this 24hr location. When we got to the drive thru, we were told due to the hour that we could only order from the 1,2,3 dollar menu. So we gathered 6 people's orders of 4 mcdoubles, fries and a few mcchickens. After placing order we are told the total and pay at the register. 2 seconds later a gentleman who looked half asleep comes to the drive thru window and says he doesn't have any of the stuff to make our orders because he's transitioning to breakfast menu. OKAY, so you couldn't tell us before ordering? So we kindly just ask for our money back, now a lady comes back to the window and says her manager won't let her do a refund and asks if we are from out of town to which my business partner says yes we are. She says "oh. Well, if you give us your name and address then we will mail you the money back" SO after failing to tell us they don't have the products to make our food, charge us and now they want to MAIL $24??? My partner says oh no, we are getting a refund and that's how that's going to work. We get our refund and leave but the whole thing was shady.
