Made a review 5 months ago at 5 star. Not anymore. Made a carry out order. Looked on my way home. It was wrong. Was placed on hold the whole way home dropped the family off and made it back to the parking lot before anyone picked up the phone again. Then placed me on hold again as I’m walking in. The lady looked at the ticket and said that it didn’t “say that on the ticket” as she snarled at it. Luckily the other lady who took the order said it was her fault and that I told her the correct order and she didn’t put it in right. The First Lady just stormed off and made the pizza again like she was angry at me. What if the lady who took my order wasn’t honest and owned up to making a mistake, im betting the other lady would have probably just told me sorry there’s nothing she can do judging by her attitude. Horrible service. Mistakes happen, but it felt like they were on the defensive and trying to find a way out. Thanks for the lady who was honest and admitted that I told her what I wanted and she just made a mistake. But after being on hold for 20 minutes. Having to go all the back and waste my time for something that I ordered and paid for the first time, and the attitude, probably won’t be back. The least they could have done was throw in something. I can go to dominoes save money and time. Pizzas not as good but at least they’ll get it...
Read moreSnappy Tomato looked like a nice place on the outside and while the food was decent, the staff came across as hostile and otherwise overworked. My waitress acted very impatient with me and my business, she didn't seem to care what I or anybody else wanted. She even had the nerve to call me a cheapskate tipper to the other employees, and I'll admit that I only gave her a three dollar tip, but it only made sense to do so considering that my food had been thrusted towards me hurriedly and with an almost hateful attitude. The game room also leaves air for discussion. The games and the atmosphere leave much to be desired. Not to mention the employee who runs the prize counter. On another visit that I paid to Snappy's with my wife and children, we'd seen said employee smack the hands of a child and accuse him of cheating at one of the games. Cheating or no, I as a parent see that she had no right whatsoever to intervene. She could have notified the child's parent and the punishment should have been left to them. I will never be back to Snappy's and I advise everyone else to think twice before...
Read morecalled to place order...waited on hold for 10 minutes...hung up and called back because I thought they just got busy and forgot me...held for another 5 minutes...placed my order and was told my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes and be delivered ...waited 2.5 hours for delivery and never received my order which I paid for in full with my debit card when I placed the order...when I called back to see where my lunch was I was told that they didn’t say they would deliver it and they could remake it but I would then have to pay an additional $3 delivery charge (which should have been charged to begin with) and I would have to wait another hour plus to have it delivered because they only have one delivery driver even though I had already been waiting 2.5 hours...now I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund and didn’t receive my lunch...very poor...
