Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Cordele

DO NOT eat from Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. I ordered online so that my food would be ready at pick up due to me working today. When I get there, I noticed they took it out my bank account TWICE. I Informed the manager who proceeded to tell me they never got my order and would not refund me my money that they took out TWICE. Needless to say, I left empty handed. Luckily my bank noticed and were able to return both transactions and stated it would return to my bank account by Monday. The manager running this place is a complete joke. She accused me of lying about placing the order and even told me I didn’t order at the right location after showing her the online order location. Then proceeded to call her husband and explain to him that I was being rude because I wouldn’t let her take a picture of my bank account to send to her husband to show him where both...

The most rude, argumentative set of people I have come across. I wanted my order repeated upon arrival at the window, the “manager type” turned to an employee and asked if everything I ordered was in the bag. He replied yes. I asked what that was, trying to ensure 5 miles down the street I was not going to be disappointed. She said it’s right here on my screen (something I couldn’t see). I asked again to verify the order she read part of the order on a “put out” voice, I gave up. I thought I was missing something, that is when a teenager popped her head through the same window as the manager and stated “I packed that bag your nuggets are on the bottom of the bag.” in a let us take this outside kind of way. My wife, two children under the age of 4, my dog, and I, were involved in an accident just in front of the Dairy Queen there in Cordele, GA just off the interstate on Sunday, 12/15:2024z

Kate, an employee of the Dairy Queen, and her supervisor, asked if we were okay and graciously allowed us to sit in the lobby for almost 2 hours while we waited for our ride to come and get us. We had all of our luggage, two rambunctious children, and a small dog ( under 10lbs) and they allowed us to come in and get out of the cold, and calm down from the incident.

I just wanted to pass my thanks on to them and the others that were working that day. What an awesome...
