Anquisha has the most terrible and defying attitude for customer service. She back talked, regardless of how we questioned her attitude in a nicely manner. She rolled her eyes. She ignored our comments and just kept saying the total, completely ignored our comments. If she hates her job so much and has no patience, then she needs a new job. And the manager apologized for her, saying she was "new", but that is no excuse for a bad attitude and being disrespectful to clients, who pay her paycheck. But clearly the manager, didn't correct her, because she kept the attitude the whole time we were there. Anything we asked for whether is was for some sauce (they aren't at customers reach) or for plates, there's was a bad attitude. Terrible experience. We don't eat at KFC often. This was the first time in like a year or 2. Corporate needs to hire people with good customer service attitude employees. When ever we were leaving anquisha held the door open and we told her thank you and she just rolled her eyes and turned her face away and slammed the door shut. The store was recently remodelled and is clean, brightly lit and feels like it's clean enough to want to eat inside.

Could only read half the receipt. When they brought our food before she handed it to me I ask again about the cost and what the receipt said and ofcourse it wasn't what we ordered.
