I sit outside for someone to greet me and take my order for 15 minutes. I proceeded to the intercom at the drive-through. I set there an additional 10 minutes when I decided to call inside. I was told there was someone standing outside, so I pulled back around. No one for another 10 minutes and pulled off š³ I seen someone finally coming out in my rear view and proceeded around again. They were headed around back after I was told they would be on the front so I went around to find them taking someone else order who had pulled to the intercom because no one was out front. Then it came time for me and I was asked to pull around again that they were having problems with the tablet. And I did pull around only to be told my order would be taken at the window. At this point Iām mad, š” so I drove back around to window and express myself by saying āduring time like these, you should have someone out front to let the customer know whatās going on whether it be 1 car or 10. Satisfying your customers Iām what keeps the doors open. I spent nearly 40 minutes here when it should have been 10-15 minutes or less šš¾šš¾ 2 thumb down on this visit...

I got a Smoky Mountain fudge Shake and a Big Jack with cheese supposed to be a shake but it was really watery and the lady told me that the machine was kind of messed up that was her answer LOL but as usual I took it anyway, and the burger I told them no pickle and no onion and guess what? It had pickle and onion on it. The last two times I have been there that's one of them and then the last one was the same thing with a fry supposed to been seasoned the fries had no salt at all very disappointed I was very hungry also hamburger looked a little pinkish in the middle and yes they can be pink in the middle if they're precooked, so since I never got to experience what I wanted three different times, the Smoky Mountain fudge shake, Big Jack with cheese with no pickle and no onion and fries seasoned? Will never know what that taste like don't recommend this place false...

At the window they gave me my bag of food and just as I was leaving they asked for the bag back, because there was a pancake platter they needed to remove, which she did and gave me my bag back thru the window. As soon as I got home, I saw there was no double sausage gravy biscuit platter; receipt # 242663. I immediately called the store and after at least 6 rings they hang up. I waited 5 minutes and called back, again at least 6 rings and they hang up. I am not driving back across town for more of this chaos. This is Sunday morning between 7:30-8:00 am. UPDATE, the potato rounds were cold on the inside, probably under a light or warming tray. The biscuit was cold. Grits had solidified, but the gravy was warm. Had ordered well done sausage, but the outside was grey and smelled weird. Thought I should give an update. Eventually they will lose customers like myself, because this is the second time in a row my order was wrong, and the food I did receive was...
