As of now, the breakfast and lunch crew are 5 stars hands down! Go at dinner time at your own risk. I've been going there a lot lately as I'm in the process of moving, at different times of the day. The interactions I have with the morning crew and lunch crew, especially with the gentleman that brings the food to my car in the mornings when I have a pick-up order, have been great. My drive thru experiences have been fantastic as well. They're all very friendly and prompt. My orders are ALWAYS correct, and the food is always freshly made and hasn't been sitting on a counter getting cold.
My dinner time experiences are mixed but more often than not, they are at the very least, disappointing, and at the most, extremely aggravating. 2 examples: I called this restaurant simply to ask a question about what payments they accepted, and the woman who answered immediately met me with an attitude before hanging up on me. Ridiculous how some people can care so little for their jobs or other people.
I ordered on the app for a curbside pick-up. It took a little longer than usual, but that didn't bother me as that can be normal for any restaurant during busy hours. What did bother me was that when the employee came out with my food, she had a horrible and non-caring attitude. I ordered ketchup packets on the app with my food. I immediately noticed they weren't there and asked her if she could get my ketchup. She stared at me for a few seconds with one of those exaggerated "really??" looks, then rolled her eyes and walked back to the store. I was sort of unsure that she would return, but after she got in the building, I realized I didn't have my drink either. There was no way I was going to let her come back and then me ask for something again. I would be afraid of what might be in the drink, if I did that. So I jumped out of my car and rushed in so I could catch her before she came back out. I met her inside as she was headed to the door with my ketchup. I told her that I didn't get my drink. Again, several seconds of staring with the same look on her face and the eye roll before she headed behind the counter and gave me a cup to get my drink at the fountain. I'm always very very intentionally friendly and patient with workers in the service industry, because I know how hectic things get behind the scenes, and I know that it's a hard job from personal experience. And to be met with that kind of attitude is just wild to me. I do genuinely hope whatever was wrong with her in her own life gets better. But I feel like she wasn't making much of an attempt to just be on a basic level of cordial to another...
Read moreI'm giving 3 stars because it's usually delicious but the cashiers are rude most of the time. My husband and I came through the drive thru and the cashier asked my husband if he was using the mobile app. He said yes and he told him to go ahead with his order. He started to say "I need a moment please" before she cut him off by yelling "GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER SIR" he said "give me a minute" and she went silent. After he ordered she whispered "pull around". When we got to the first window the cashier yelled "Hi Kat!!" Which gave me a heart attack. Apparently she was reading the name on my mcdonald rewards account, i dont know if they're told to do that but i personally find it very weird and I don't like it. After we paid and got our food we pulled around to eat and I realized I forgot to tell my husband to order me a fry and drink so we pulled back around. He ordered me a fry and drink and went we got to the first window the cashier said "you guys are back???" And side eyed us before shoving the recipt in my husband's had and shutting the window. Once we got all our food we started eating and the fries were stale I could tell they'd been double dipped and the oil tasted old. My mcdoubles are usually super juicey and delicious but yesterday they were dry, hard and cold. Since its usually good I just assumed it was a bad day and I didn't want to go back through the drive thru or inside to get a remake because the inside was packed and the drive thru was pretty long. I hope the next...
Read moreManager working tonight (2/22/25 at 7pm) had a seriously bad attitude and spoke with such hostility that you'd think my children had been wrecking the place, rather than a toddler dashing 3 feet behind the counter (not touching anything) before I could snatch him up and carry him back to the table. It was a minute after the incident before she came out to yell at me across the restaurant, so it wasn't even an off-the-cuff demand that I get out of that area, but a ridiculous and unnecessary show of force, I guess to put me in my place?
Hostility aside, the fact that she told me it's preferable for small children who manage to get behind the counter to then be left for the employees to deal with, rather than for a parent to collect them, is both shocking and deeply troubling.
On a completely different note, the pink-haired gal on the floor was awesome. She was vibeing and smiling, seeming to genuinely enjoy seeing the people around her, and very quick to clean up any time someone left without being overbearing at all. The place was spotless. She seemed very approachable even though we never spoke, and I hope she gets the opportunity to work the registers and be more...
