1 hour and 3 minutes. That is how long it took to get our food. That was after a 5 minute wait to be seated and another 8 minutes to take our order. The food was good, great diner food. It is a great hamburger joint. After I ordered I started a text message thread with a friend. So I know to the minute how long it took. Now look they were busy, I get busy, I will give busy a pass. W hat I can't over look is the fact that after we order, not 1 server, manager, owner, soul that worked in the restaurant came by to apologize,explain the delay, check on us, refill our drinks, comp our drinks...throw crackers at us..........nothing. several waitresses walked by, even our waitress, I didn't say anything...because first I shouldn't have to. Secondly, I wanted to experiment at this point. Those are the results. 1hr and 3 mins later and that is only because the cook finally finished our order. I will likely come back....but during peak times. I hope the management trains the staff better. I mentioned it to the server checking us out....she apologized but no attempt to make anything...

My mother and I came to eat here as we liked the one in Clarkesville... We ordered our meals, but only wanted to split an order of fries...and I wanted my half with chili and cheese. The waitress said they could do that but wasn't sure of the price difference, no problem! As you can see, we got a healthy order of fries! (Although they put the chili/cheese with the wrong sandwich) The chili, hmm...looked like hamburger meat with ketchup and it pretty much tasted the same way. The cheese SAUCE, not cheese was also under the chili? Makes no sense to me and the menu should read chili cheese sauce fries and that would have given me a clue NOT to get them. The waitress left before we checked out, and when I questioned the bill, the nice young man at the register altered the total, because I would have never payed $4.50 something for half an order of hamburger/ketchup/cheese type product fries.... Anyway, I think I will go down the road and get a steak and baked potato with my $20 next time.... P.S. My Philly steak and cheese sandwich was okay, and mom said her burger and plain fries...

Me and my husband ordered take out and we live about 25 minutes away. My husband works nearby so he grabbed burgers for us on his way home. I placed a pickup order online. I ordered the Atlanta burger with beyond meat and my husband ordered the New Orleans burger with beyond meat. What we received was a veggie patty. Veggie patties have beans and corn in them so mixing that with our burgers was very unpleasant. Not to mention that the beyond meat option costs more than the veggie patty option.

The Atlanta burger comes with peaches but had hardly any on the burger. There might’ve been maybe three tidbit sized peaches on my burger. I’ve had this in the past and it used to be far better than what I received this time around.

The sweet potato fries, the regular fries, and the pepperjack bites were absolutely delicious! It was the actual burgers that were very disappointing and definitely not worth...
