Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Over an hour from the time we ordered pizza we finally got notified it was out for delivery. Upon their arrival I met them in our driveway to grab the food but when I walked inside my partner immediately told we ordered & paid for 2 pizzas + a party pack of crazy puffs… and I only had been given one pizza and one tiny box. I instantly tried calling the delivery driver and got no response. So I called Lil Caesar’s to explain we were missing over half of our order…then the a worker tells me that he sees our remaining items. . .

So I asked to please speak to the “manager.” This “manager” immediately had a very nasty attitude, continuously interrupted my questions, spoke over me; was arrogant, demonstrated a very poor work ethic especially for a “manager” Throughout the “manager’s” blame game and lack of honest communication I remained calm, polite and respectful. This “manager” told me he couldn’t and wouldn’t help me in anyway because it was the delivery persons fault… That “manager” did nothing but project blame to someone else. After the disrespectful, unprofessional and non beneficial “manager” bashed delivery drivers calling them “thieves” I contacted the delivery company myself and thankfully they were extremely beneficial, speedy and friendly! They assisted me so quickly, easily and efficiently with getting the situation under control and my refund from Lil Caesar’s. Shout out the delivery people and their team for outstanding service...

so I go to pick up a to go order as a DoorDash driver it's 9:20 p.m. The door is already locked as I walked up to the door the squirrel headed 12-year-old motioned me around to the drive-thru so I just walked around to the drive-thru window rather than walk all the way back on the parking lot getting my car and then drive around the building to get to the drive-thru. but I was met by the same squirrel head I previously mentioned, and then she proceeded to tell me that I had to be in a car, now consider she motioned me around to the drive-thru... Long story short she would not serve me at the window that she motioned me to, again she told me I had been a car...somebody please explain to me why. I thought the vendors and the delivery people work together I guess i was wrong. anyway rather than face the squirrel head again I just transferred the order I don't know what I might have said to her and I would have regretted it. if there is a legitimate reason why I absolutely had to be in a car somebody please tell me and I will admit...

I know it's drive thru pizza but I've had other drive thru pizzas and I just don't understand how every single time we get it from Little Caesars, the entire thing is saturated and grease and oil and when we asked for it to be cooked extra so that the bottom is Krispy, every single time it is just floppy and disgusting. Unfortunately, it's the closest food to the house so my husband brings it home at least once a week and I just can never eat it. I try but I can't. And then don't even get me started on going inside of our Little Caesars. There's always somebody with an attitude or you're stuck in the middle of confusion where are there your order receipt can't be found or the pizza can't be. I give everybody benefit of the doubt but the fact that it's the exact same experience every single week, I felt i should...
