Honestly, the story is not recent in fact, it was before Covid. Back when Taco Bell was perhaps app for strength and had a decent workforce. I just ordered a simple taco. The place was full so it took about 5 to 10 minutes before I finally got my food and I sat down to eat. But when I unwrapped the taco, it was just a shell and small amount of cheese. So I went to the manager and told him what happened and they said they would replace it so I had to wait another five or 10 minutes because again they were booked. But now I didn’t have time to sit down and eat so I had to go so I just grabbed the bag and left but half way on the way home. I resent the bag to get a bite and it was the exact same thing over again, a shell, and just a little bit of cheese! That was the last time I went to Taco Bell for a good long while. Now they are suffering from below average workforce so if you’re really hungry, you are very likely not gonna get served right away. And get ready for using a kiosk. That doesn’t seem to have the ability to erase items if you accidentally put something on it. It also doesn’t help that they have a habit of continuing Covid based business hours by forcing people to have to use the drive-through which already puts a strain on their limited workforce, which means get ready to turn on the AC in the summer and wait 20 to 30 minutes for the truck in front of you to go forward. Honestly, at this point, I think you would get a faster meal from...
Read moreThe young lady refused to give me a receipt from my company card that I used. When I asked her for a receipt she told me that they don’t hand out receipts that it’s policy. I explain to her that this was a company card and I needed my receipt for my purchase. She said that she could not do that I asked to speak to a manager and she snidely replied that she was the manager. I then said well I need my receipt she said if you wanted a receipt Then you should’ve asked for one while you ordered through the drive-through. I said there is no sign stating that I need to ask for a receipt at the speaker. I told her that I needed my receipt for company expenditures and if she could not help me to please call someone that could. She went and spoke to a gentleman he said his name was Jacob he was very polite he said that the policy is that they do not print receipts. I have never heard of a company policy to not print a receipt for a credit card or a debit card. I am very frustrated about this I told him I was going to record it so that way I could submit this recording for my purchase. So I would like to know why that is the policy and why the store so so infuriating. There was a line of approximately eight cars behind me while I sat there for over five minutes trying to get a receipt from my card and I should’ve gotten a receipt in the...
Read moreSeveral times now both my boyfriend and I have gone here in the evening and they are closed before the hours they have listed online. Tonight when I got off work at 12:30am I checked the website and Google times and it said they were open till 3am. I work literally across the street from them so took me less than a minute to get there. I pull up and can see there is a delivery truck there who is taking in supplies. Their drive-through menu is still lit up and the order screen/speaker is still on. You can see 2-3 employees inside who look right at you but no one could take 2 seconds to put a mic on to say they are closed or maybe turn off the order screen? More so when you have multiple cars pulling up (4-5 cars not including myself). After waiting several minutes and having 2 employees took dead at me I pulled around to park to call my boyfriend to see what he wanted elsewhere to be told by the delivery driver that they were closed. I get home and they have again changed their time on Google now to 11pm (this seems to change almost daily) but the website is still 3am. If you're going to close early at least turn off the drive-through menu or put cones out where it's obvious so people don't sit wasting their gas waiting and hoping to get...
