Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cornelia — Hotel in Cornelia

My husband and I came to see family in Clarksville, Georgia. We stayed at Fairfield in Cornelia. Something came up with our overnight arrangements with family and we were in a bad spot. Trevor was the most amazing and accommodating concierge… The kindest guy! He welcomed us in with the biggest smile and kindest words. Our stress levels went down immensely and became nonexistent thanks to him. He is the best !! He even booked us at another Fairfield in Tennessee… We stayed at another Fairfield simply because of him. I wanted to surprise my wife with an upgraded room at the next Fairfield and he made sure we were taken care of. He accommodated us in every way possible and never once faltered to make sure we had everything we asked for or needed.. and he did so, always with a smile. Trevor thank you for the best unexpected experience we’ve had in a long time. Her and I had a great time and reconnected in a way we needed with no outside noise and we thank you for that! We will always come back to see you! Thank you so much !!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool, it was well-maintained and a perfect spot to unwind. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Nina, the Manager, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Her attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. Everyone at the front desk and throughout the hotel was warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Michael, the bartender, who brought such great energy to the bar. He was fun, upbeat, and made some of the best cocktails! His service was top-notch and made the evening at the bar a highlight of our stay. What a horrible experience. We were here for a wedding and there was a scheduled wedding welcome reception. On night one, the hotel scheduled one lady working the bar and the restaurant and she spent most of the evening in the “kitchen” and was not able to provide drinks. There was no manager on duty to assist. We emailed the managers (since we couldn’t speak to anyone in person) and never heard a response. Our room was also never attended too. We were only provided necessities for one night but were staying a whole weekend. 2 towels, 2 coffee pods, one make-up wipe for a wedding weekend. We called the front desk and no answer. This was such a subpar experience. The staff, who were nice, have not been supported enough by management to get them through a busy weekend.
