Everytime I come here they get my order wrong, and it's never complicated. I just choose a number. I decide to go on my lunch break, because it is quick and easy. I choose a number one deluxe with a large water and lemon. Not hard, but that is not what I get. They give me the spicy chicken sand. Not even the deluxe even though my reciept says spicy deluxe, so I go back in there, as sweet as I can be because I'm not mad at this point just used to it always happening. I wait in line, because they are busy during lunch and I understand completely about a lunch crowd. I get to someone to take my order, and show him my receipt. He is extremely sweet and says I'm so sorry ma'am I will go get my manager, so he does. She comes up to me with an attitude and says what's the problem. I show her my receipt that clearly says spicy deluxe with pepper jack and show her the sand. Which is just a regular spicy chicken sand. And she turns around to go fix the problem very rude like. While I was waiting I asked the sweet gentleman if I could please have some more fries, since I had waited so long and they had gotten cold. He says let me see what I can do and asks her if I could have more fries. She walks back with my sandwich and rudely says no to him, and he tells me he is so sorry. SHE never once told me sorry it happened. I would have liked to have said a few words to her, but I didn't I calmly told the little guy it was okay and walked out, but to have someone like that as a manager is unacceptable to have anywhere especially chic-fil-a. One of the most generous sweetest restaurants out there. I'm sure Mr. Cathy would not like to hear they have this type of behavior at one of his wonderful restaurants, and I will not be coming back to chic-fil-a in Cornelia Ga with this type of behavior being tolerated...

I have typically had good experiences with Chick-Fil-A in general; prompt service, friendly staff, order is correct, etc. However, the Cornelia location seems to be in decline. On February 6, I placed a mobile order for 2 chicken biscuits around 10:15-10:20 am. I placed the order, order was accepted and paid for. When I arrived at exactly 10:30am and scanned the QR code it gave me the message that the restaurant was no longer serving breakfast. I pulled around still expecting to receive my order only to be told there was no order for me. To make a long story short, the employee and I went back and forth on why they didn't have my order. I have never had a Chick-Fil-A employee treat me the way this young lady did. She had zero care or concern or desire to remedy the situation. She said there was no order for me, the system deleted it and there was nothing she could do about it. So, I left without the order, and had wasted my time and gas going to get it. I made a complaint with Chickfilacares. Apparently Chick-Fil-A DOESN'T care because I have received no response. Chick-Fil-A states "Breakfast is a great way to start your day and you can order to enjoy it until 10:30am." I ordered it before 10:30am and was there to pick it up at exactly 10:30am and they cancelled the order while I was there to pick it up! That's just wrong! If Chick-Fil-A is going to state you can order breakfast until 10:30am then they need to honor and fulfill orders placed until 10:30am! I know I am not the only one to have had this issue. Read moreI am so sick of this location. They try to be polite but are lacking in logical comprehension, hearing and understanding. I frequent here often. The first unpleasant experience was a doordash delivery where everything on my order was wrong except the shake, which was sent with an open lid (which I absolutely did not like, couldn’t believe it was transported that way). I called the location as I was displeased and wanted to inform them of this. My info was requested, I later received an expired replacement salad card. I charged it to the game because I didn’t want to endure any further hassle. & Although I did order through doordash, doordashers are not going inside fixing the order nor are they receiving anything but pickup instructions. To say contact doordash is quite frankly a cop out. I order the same thing each visit & have, on about 5 different occasions asked for extra extra extra pickles on the side, even asked for a cup of pickles & this is what I have always received. Tonight I am fed up & disgusted & cant even eat the salad, I do not want it. My appetite has yet again been ruined after ordering from here. If anyone with logical sense knows what the word EXTRA means, this is not it. Literally three pickles, please be for real.
