I decided to try this location for the first time and it was extremely upsetting. I drove up to the window and ordered 3 large iced coffees, I asked the girl at the window to place the drinks in the tray and to place the tray in a bag to hold them steady so they wouldnât topple over, she didnât understand what that meant, after a couple of times of repeating myself another employee came up and I was so frustrated that I just asked for the bag to do it myself, at which point I was forced to bring the drinks from the drive-through window into the car myself, sure enough it toppled over! My entire center console, shifter, infotainment controls, seats and knobs were not only bathed but soaked in all the iced mocha coffee. You need to find a better way to get multiple drinks fit in a way that this doesnât happen, and in the meantime explain to your employees the simple concept of -Drinks in tray, tray in bag, & tie so theyâre all firm and in place. The entire cabin of my car is now in need of a full detailing for this one minor screw up that couldâve been avoided with following a few simple steps!    Read moreLove the coffee...... UPDATE: 1/25/21 I love Dunkin I order everyday and sometimes twice a day. I wish this Dunkin wasn't the only one near my house. I think the employees are great and friendly. Great coffee but the manager at this one is so rude. She has no customer service skills. She gives the most unfriendly looks and her face just always looks mad. Obviously she knows she isn't going to get in trouble for treating customer horrible. I know of 3 different customers she has been rude too. And it's bc she messed up. Not giving the right bag to the right car or making the drink wrong. She acts like it's not her job to fix what she messed up. I'm almost convinced she has to be related to the owner. No one who cares about there business would keep someone like her employed otherwise. And again it's like she knows nothing is going to happen. Basically she will say that to you. I know they can see the reviews on here and at least 3 speak of the manger being rude. That should tell you something. Anyway I hope things get better at this store. I received a disturbing text message from a friend who stated he had gone to the bathroom at said Dunkinâ Donuts. I was informed they were out of toilet paper, which always brings a bathroom review way down. Thinking outside the box, paper towels were the best option. Guess what happened next. You guess it, another bathroom trying to save the planet by using an air drier! How many more times do customers need to suffer by not having paper towels? Wake up America, not having paper towels in a bathroom isnât saving a planet. Youâre losing customers by doing this. I would highly recommend not using the bathroom.
