Mike’s Pizza knocked it out of the park with their pepperoni pie. The bottom of the crust was perfectly crisp, giving each bite a satisfying crunch without feeling brittle. The charred edges hinted at a high-heat bake, locking in that ideal thin-crust texture.

The sauce deserves its own standing ovation—bright, tangy, and rich with just the right balance of herbs and sweetness. It married beautifully with the gooey layer of cheese, and the pepperoni slices had that slight curl and crisp edge you only get from a seriously hot oven. Every mouthful was a harmonious blend of crunch, flavor, and aroma.
