Big Al's Pizza — Restaurant in Corona

Been going to Big Al's for several years. An employee told me they had a 1 large 1 topping pizza for $9.99. I said "Okay I'll do that but I'll just get half with pepperoni and the other half just cheese". She said they couldn't do just half pepperoni, it needs to be all pepperoni or no pepperoni. That sounded ridiculous for all the obvious reasons, so I just said "Fine I'll just get all cheese because my kids won't eat pepperoni". When I pay for it, it's $12.75. She said, "I'm sorry, I should have explained it better. To get the $9.99 price, you have to have the 1 topping on both sides". I started laughing at how ridiculous that was. Terrible policy that doesn't make any sense, and not customer friendly. I said, "So I actually needed to have more added to my pizza to get the lower price?" She smirked and said "Yes". I don't care about the extra couple of bucks, it's the principle behind it and the absurdity of the whole situation. From my previous experiences here, I expected more.

While I'm here, I also don't like most of the arcade games. Most of them are the kind that instantly take your coin away, so instead of paying a game for 30 seconds or a minute or two, the coin is gone in 2 or 3 seconds, which makes the kids run out of coins within a couple minutes. Also the prizes cost way too...

i purchased 100 $ food for my party and i brought to my house, the food was really bad. The wing was not cooked at all, the pizzas had the same issue (Not proper cooked food can cause very bad illness, it can cause somebody you love die or badly get sick. Food Safety is one of the most important subject that any food provider need to follow). when i called them to let them know about the issue, i asked to speak with manager and the lady respond the phone introduced herself as manger i talked to her for 20 min then she told me, let me talk to my manager and i will put you on hold. as long as i was in assumption that i was talking to the manger all this time. after waiting on the phone for 20 min, she told me we can not refund your money and if you have any issue you need come here and talk to owner. i did not call for money, i just called them to let them know that their food was not cooked properly and can make somebody really sick or worse but their respond and customer service was very...

We had my son’s team party at Big Al’s Pizza in Corona off of Green River Road and we had a great time! They were extremely accommodating to our large party of 25 people, including a ton of loud & crazy children. They reserved tables for us in advance and even were kind enough to put table cloths on the tables for us. When the team comes in their uniforms or jerseys, they give TWO XL, one topping pizzas & TWO pitchers of soft drinks for the team for free! What an amazing treat. That is so generous of the staff and management to do that for our children of Corona. We also enjoyed salad, wings, mozzarella sticks, cheesy bread and of course the guys had beer! The kids had an absolute blast playing the arcades and collecting tickets, as kids normally do and the staff at Big Al’s were so kind and provided excellent service the entire evening!
